I purchased a camera from this company and it wasn’t working the way expected. So I sent it back I had to pay to send it back and now they are trying to keep over $300 of my purchase price. This is crazy they refuse to give me the full price I paid for the item and I sent everything back perfectly. DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

It's been very disappointing dealing with Fumfie's customer service. For one, their warranties seem worthless. I sent in my camcorder that wasn't functioning correctly, and they said that the damage wasn't covered even though they admitted that it was probably caused by what I considered to be a default of the device. They wouldn't budge on any compensation. They did say that they would fix a minor problem that it had, but when I got it back, they hadn't. They proved on more than one occasion that they were not willing to work with me on any of these issues. I was stonewalled at every request for consideration. Don't buy anything from this company.

DO NOT buy from this Vendor. I purchased the Canon EOS 250 D that was supposed to be like new (QUESTIONABLE). I went thru the invoice and the package to assure all the items were included. At this point i am feeling great. Right out of the box this Camera displayed a message "Change the Battery Pack ". Since the camera came with 2 battery I obliged, still same message "Change the Battery Pack". Both batteries were charged and still same issue (NOTE: NO LIGHT ON THE CANON CHARGER WERE DISPLAYED DURING CHARGING. NEW IS TRULY QUESTIONABLE ). At this point I attempted to reach out to the seller to no avail. After repeatedly not getting assistance I contacted Amazon whom could not contact this seller as well. Now get this, per the sellers Amazon listing for returns. The sellers wants you to 1) pay for return shipping for a defective product right out of the box that they sold you. 2) wants you to pay a restock fee for a defective product they sold you right out of the BOX. At that point i took things into my own hand, doing my legal diligence. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING NOT EVEN A CAMERA STRAP FROM THIS SELLER. But I filed a fraudulent vendor complaint thru Amazon to have this Seller Banned.

We ordered a Olympus TG 4 Camera from Fumfie. We received an invoice stating it was a TG 4 but in the box we received was a TG 5, not as good a camera. We tried to have the TG 5 replaced through Fumfie but they refused to correct their error and blamed it on Google. They said they would call us back and never did. We will not purchase from Fumfie again.

No no no. Do not do it. Do not order from these folks. Don't. It is highly likely they do not have, maybe have never had, what you are ordering. They do not tell you if they do not have the product. You wait. Nothing arrives. You call. They tell you it's on the way. When you finally ask for a refund, if you get a refund, they withhold 8%.

After ordering from them, 2 weeks later my credit card had a bunch of fraudulent charges. It was a new account and the only other place I had used the card was at a local self serve gas station, which I have been going to for years. Some other reviewers online claim having had similar experiences.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a Soundbar and the site said specifically they had several in stock. I called after getting no updates regarding my order and they said it wouldn't be shipped out because they have none in stock. I asked why their site said they had some in stock and they told me, "sometimes we post things online that are not accurate." Avoid. You've been warned!

I like them, they are fast, affordable and otherwise very helpful. ordered a JVC package from them and while the quality of some of the gear was not great, the price was and it got us going in a very affordable manner.

Worst shopping experience of my life (Google is equally to blame). I ordered a Nikon D850 on 7/16 with the promise that it would be delivered Friday 7/19, as I was leaving for vacation on the following Tuesday. I found the list of Google vendors on Google Shopping. Fumfie said they could get it there by Friday for free, which is the ONLY reason I went with them, since others were saying Monday, which was cutting it too close. So, Friday, I had someone waiting at home for it (since I was at work). It wasn't delivered, shipped late. Strike one. So, then it got moved to Monday, the day before my trip and nobody was going to be home Monday so I tried changing the delivery location to where I could simply put it up at the FedEx location, since I do this all the time with other vendors. FedEd said the order was "locked" by the vendor. What? I couldn't make any changes. I reached out to Fumfie, they said Google locked it. I reached out to Google, they said Fumfie locked it. So, Monday came and went... no camera so I told FedEx to ship it back, I'm getting a refund. This is where it went off the rails. On 7/29, "CCARLOS" from Fumfie signed for it, two weeks after I bought it. No refund. I called Google, they said Fumfie had to reach out. This has been going on for two weeks. Today is 8/13, two weeks after Fumfie go the $2,499 camera back, yet, it's still on my credit card bill and Google said it's radio silence from them. I don't know why it's not auotmated and Fumfie hasn't talked to Google or Google hasn't reached out to them. Whatever the case, any other company like Amazon, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, etc., and you get a return with minutes... not two weeks. I can't even say "two weeks" because I still haven't gotten my money back yet!! This is a month after I ordered something that I never received. Just an awful experience and I'm fighting the charge, now, with my credit card company.
