“This place really is a 1 in a million find. They're a very well run shop: everyone is kind, informative, and accommodating. They fixed my Mazda3's front bumper after a hit-and-run incident. They explained every step of the process, and treated me as if I was their most important customer. My car looks as good as the day I bought it after it was finished! They even went way above and beyond, by cleaning, polishing, waxing my entire car after the job was finished. But it didn't end there. Even my interior, and engine bay was scrubbed clean. I couldn't believe it. So long as I'm in the NYC area, they'll be my go-to body shop from here on forward.”

“My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

“Superior Auto Restyling is the place to go for all of your car interior and exterior needs! I had a faulty piece in my convertible roof top in which Steve guided me to find the part which was needed. They installed and my drop top was back to working. I also had wear and tear in a section of my leather seat. Steve and staff did a great job of assessing the wear and finding me the exact color match for the leather interior. Steve is friendly and honest in regards to the giving me the labor time at an affordable cost. I highly recommend this establishment.”
