They guarantee the lowest prices and if you are an astute shopper you will do your homework. I just saved more than $200 with a price comparison to another large retailer.I like the idea that that they are nationwide so if you have a problem they can be found everywhere.They service tires, front end, brakes, shocks, struts, suspension, inspections, brakes and other parts as well.They guarantee their parts for the life of your car. When your brakes or shocks wear out they will replace them with only a service charge.My main complaint is they will take appointments and when you show up they will still make you wait for 2 hours. That’s not acceptable. If you complain they may get you in sooner.”

One of the things I appreciated most about Tyler was his awesomeness, seriously, he's like a walking talking "employee of the month" hologram. Super nice not pushy at all. “I had an exhaust leak that was diagnosed by a different shop but as welding was involved and that shop only had a welder one day a week I hadn’t taken care of it yet. One night I opened the hood to fill the washer reserve and the hood latch Handel separated from the cable. Couldn’t fully close the hood. This was urgent so I took it to Antons dropped it off and asked them to look at both issues but not to do the work until approved.They called an hour or so later. The hood cable lever needed to be removed cleaned and reinstalled. As for the exhaust leak they diagnosed the same as my regular guy. It was a little more to fix but they could do it that day. I gave the ok.When they called to say it was completed they mentioned the cost of the exhaust and it was exactly what they estimated. I jumped off the phone quickly and never asked the charge for the hood latch. When I walked in to pay I assumed the charge for cable latch was going to be a shocker.It was.They didn’t charge me anything for fixing the latch, and $20.00 less than quoted for the exhaust fix.I have lived in this town since 1977 and Antons has been here the entire time. If they did business in the manner described in the other reviews they would have been gone long ago.All I care about is honesty and they were honest with me. I’m Not sure why I had never used them before but I sure I’ll will be back.”
