Alex is honest and they don’t do unnecessary work and charge you for things that don’t need to be done!! I had tire leaking air and they were in the process of closing. Memory not as sharp today, pretty sure Louie was the gentleman who took care of problem. Possibiliy of another mechanic pitching in. Or even being the one who fixed it. Ron always accommodates according to my schedule. Up front he tells of possible time frame necessary. No promises that are broken no BS EVER! Always share information with anyone in need of finding honest competent bysiness.”

He took his time (1.5 hours) to inspect it, test drove it, and made a long report with several hidden defects from a prior collision that was downplayed on the listing. I didn’t purchase the vehicle and I’m so glad I used this shop before making a decision. He was so honest, thorough, and just a standup guy. I really love when people take care of their customers. 10 out of 10 recommend!!”
“This was an emergency visit on a Sunday morning after car engine stalled on way to church. Apparently radiator hose came loose and car needed spark plugs. After discount as new customer and labor + parts, total came up to a little under $600. Not bad for a first time visit and shop that closes by 2pm.”

“I have been going to Venturi for more than 25 years. That says something about the service they provide. I used to live in Baldwin and they were a convenient location. For more than 20 years I have traveled a distance to get the service I can trust. They will tell me or at least drop big hints when my car is no longer worth repairing. I tend to keep my cars for 15 to 20 years and more. They keep my cars in good condition. I never come away thinking I have been taken advantage of. They will even do some very minor work and not charge me when I am more than willing to pay.”

“I was expecting they had 94 octane fuel but they do not and this was indicated in both on Google and the Sunoco website which is showing false information on the fuel type. If you're looking for that high octane, don't bother coming here.”
