“I always bring my car here! The owner is knowledgeable and very nice. I just brought my car in last month the day I was leaving for my drive to North Carolina and Florida. He took the car right away and let me know what needed to be done. Asked him to check the charge on my air conditioner as I was traveling down South, a lot of other shops would have charged me even if it didn’t need a charge not him. His honesty is refreshing. Let me know my air conditioner was fully charged no need to worry. When I got back from my trip a piece of the plastic from my front end was dragging. I brought the car over and he took care of it right away. His work is amazing and his prices are reasonable and fair. I won’t bring my car to anyone else! I can’t say enough about this shop!!! “I'm a distrustful person by nature. Humans are always trying to get over on other humans. I guess it's a form of survival of the fittest. So, when I come across genuinely good humans (especially in the auto repair industry) I am shocked and dismayed.The lads over Chris' Service Center are genuinely good humans. They have serviced my vehicles for 7 or 8 years. Every time, I have been there they have been transparent as to what they have done or will do. They won't surprise you with, "I had to..." Nyet. They call you before they do anything to your vehicle. They advise. No pressure.Ronnie is the main dude at Chris'. He is patient and non patronizing. I know nothing about cars except for how to drive them. Does Ronnie know? Yes. Does he spew automotive jargon when I visit? Nyet. He patiently explains.One time my wife, a driving neophyte, busted the side view mirror. I admit I wasn't too happy with the situation as I am very fond of my money. I may even have been a little upset, but Ronnie related to my wife that such things happen to all of us. It made her feel better. It was very nice. And he proceeded to order a mirror and eventually fixed everything. He even was nice enough to buff the tiny scratches (no charge)--- even nicer.When was I last there? Yesterday. I had an oil change and my inspection. “Newly renovated, State-of-the Art modern gas pumps that allow you to pay via their App and get discounts as well. Very easy to use and trouble-free. There's a Bolla Market convenience shop there, that has an upscale vibe, slightly above 711. Let's talk about Sunoco's fuel. I switched from BP and noticed that my high-performance German car has more pep in its step. I did a test and switched back to BP, and there was a difference. The Sunoco is definitely a better performing fuel. I only use the high octane fuels and there is definitely a difference with the Sunoco fuel. Definitely a recommended!”

“I have been going to Venturi for more than 25 years. That says something about the service they provide. I used to live in Baldwin and they were a convenient location. For more than 20 years I have traveled a distance to get the service I can trust. They will tell me or at least drop big hints when my car is no longer worth repairing. I tend to keep my cars for 15 to 20 years and more. They keep my cars in good condition. I never come away thinking I have been taken advantage of. They will even do some very minor work and not charge me when I am more than willing to pay.”

“This is the only place I ever take my car to maintenanced; every experience I've had with them was great. Mark is exceptionally friendly, the work is done well, and they always do it fast. I started going here after one shop told me a repair/replacement for my rack and pinion would be $1250, and would take weeks to get the part and do the repair. Mark told me $800, and I had my car back the next day. He somehow managed to get the part same day, and repair a rack and pinion steering assembly within 24 hours. Could not more highly recommended this place.”

“Very honest mechanics. Been going to them for about two years. Every problem I have with my car, I go straight to them, nobody else. I have a 2006 RAV4 that burns oil, and I used to put synthetic oil. They recommended that I just switch to conventional. I don’t know any other mechanic who would tell you to do something cheaper because a lot of mechanics want you to spend more. On their receipts, it says “your car gets what it needs!!” I might be paraphrasing. But that’s just what they do, give your car what it needs.
