Be very careful with this location as they handed me some funny money yesterday. The cash I received here, I took to another bank and the tellers at the 2nd location pointed out the discrepancies (smaller bills, quality of paper very thin)If you can't trust an actual bank to give you legit currency who can you trust?

I always go because the bank near my work place but always waste of time There is an old lady in the counter very bad customer service always disgusting so I don’t wanna deposit funds here anymore done with them

Called the back to inquire about something for my 92 year old mom. Did not ask specific questions about the account. Needed to find out general information prior to bringing my mom there. I spoke to the branch manager Monica. Extremely rude and would not answer my questions. Now I know why I bank at TD Bank and not Citibank.

Bank would not cash a check drawn on their own bank. This is despite the fact that I had all the required identification. They said that they don't do this at this Branch even though it's Citibank policy to cash checks drawn on Citibank accounts. Told me I could drive 20 minutes to Inwood and do it at a different branch. I pulled my business and personal accounts out of here five years ago because of poor customer service. I clearly made the right choice.

Citibank sucka....they never answer they never answer their phones. There is one wonderful pweapn at the branch. They hive you the bull of being citicard gold status and then don't answer their phones......

I have been a Citibank customer for many years, both business and personal. However, I must say the customer service has gone down the drain. I have been experiencing poor service for the past several months that I finally pulled about half of my accounts from them. I recently went into the Rockville Centre branch to make a cash deposit. I realized there would be a little wait because the line was pretty long. I was surprised however that I waited for almost 15 minutes without the line moving. When I asked a manager what was going on, she simply stated that there are only two tellers and she couldn't help me. I have been in many branches and whenever the lines are long, managers always come on the floor and try to help. This manager was very dismissive and acted like she couldn't be bothered with my business. In short, it took me about 30 minutes to make the deposit and leave the bank. I am really considering removing all my accounts from Citibank. I am very unhappy with the level of service I received at this branch as well as others in the surrounding areas.

Very bad. Lie about the promotions and do not pay. Never do business here. I earned a reward and they keep finding excuses not to pay it.The manager tried to help but even she cannot deal with them. I am removing my accounts. I have tried for months to collect a reward after depositing the correct amount of money. I have left it there for over 6 months but they still claim some problem or other that I was never informed of. The manager took care of this herself and agreed that I earned the reward but they still will not give it to me. I intend to remove all my accounts as I cannot trust these people. Stay Away from Citibank.

Branch is closed today. Called to find a branch that is open I was on the phone for 10 minutes and could not talk to anyone after saying representative over and over. Always had nothing but praise but today worse than worse.

Citi business accounts STAY AWAY! BAD BAD and do not care about customers at all!! Had numerous problems logging on my business account and spoke with their Tech support people who said they would fix the issue and I would be called back-No call back ever from these incompetents.! I try to log in to my business account with their stupid token system on Saturday and Sunday to conduct business. Log me out of account as well with token and direct me to call a number during business hours, same with number on back of ATM business card . These clowns do not even tell you what those business hours are on their answering machine . My citigold Rep requests a copy of checks written year to date and summary to be mailed. It never comes. 3 months later citi business representatives call me that they have the request and are emailing it to me. Only way to go is to leave shittibank and go with chase instead as much more friendly than citicrap!
