My experience was excellent. I was directed to what I needed and at a discount. Service was excellent by Dwight, he couldn't be more spot on. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable...what else could you ask for. Only thing that would make it better is if he were there everytime I shopped.

Update: I have since switched all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. In addition to all of the issues other reviews mentioned, the parking lot is horrible. Unless you drive a subcompact vehicle, I would stay away from that lot.

Typical CVS sometimes busy - staff is minimally helpful- could be cleaner Always feel like I'm putting someone out by asking a question. Got flu and shingles shot there- they utilized a part of a break / storeroom- could and should have a designated space. Parents allow children it play in the store which adds to chaos !!! Had mix up with meds - they called to say it was ready but they didn't tit so I had to drive to ? Massapequa... ughNot clean!!

Pharmacy has gone to sh*t! Sorry ! I've been a long time customer of this location but unfort they have completely gone to waste , there is a woman there with red-ish long hair and unfort during covid with a mask and all my mom who has gone to the store for her medication has told me time and time again how she has been very rude to her . I've come to the location on her behalf since then and have encountered some * warm smiles under masks but still in all these experiences have not been pleasant but be assured we will never return to this location ever again ! Hopefully this a sign to the cvs pharmacy and staff to please be kind during these horrible times we are now experiencing . If you are unhappy with your job please understand we do not need to feel the hate from it .

Whatever you do do not buy a Kohl's gift card I have had nothing but problems trying to get my money back after the card was not actived properly they told me to wait 10 days and then tell me to call Kohl's and Kohl's tells me to call them they should be ashamed of themselves for how they have treated a customer
