The pharmacist staff is amazing and always helpful and they move very quickly to get your prescriptions complete, The staff and the rest of the store in the front are amazing as well always helping get you checked out quickly

I was extremely satisfied with my visit to the store. The staff members were welcoming and pleasant. I had the pleasure to interact with Hannibal and his customer service skill was second to none. The store was clean and items were easily accessible. Thank you CVS.

They returned the carts that stopped using for awhile as I requested and now looking to fix some problems with the pay stations. Things are getting better all the time there.

You got a better chance going to the store then getting in contact with anyone....i try calling pharmacy but the automated machine does everything in its power to prevent that then u call the general store and they literally pick up and hang up its already happened twice and its so frustrating and annoying!!

Not sure why CVS has such an incompetent person working at the pharmacy. There is an African American lady who seems to hate what she does. Why is she there? Clearly she's not educated by the way she treats customers. But then again you can't expect much.

I went to the CV S and bought a gift card I called the CV S and told them that they gift card with missing numbers they refuse to give me my money back for the gift card this is my second time they have done this and they're ripping me off then they give me a number to call when they know the office is closed they told me they cannot give you my money back I explained to them that the other CV S gave me my money back and they refused to give me my money back at any point of time Instead the lady was rude disrespectful and argumental with me her name was Adrian I believe she was the manager and she was rude and her staff in here was rude too then on another occasion I went in there and the older black woman put $20 in a machine $21 in a machine the $20 did not go through they accused her of not putting money in the machine and when they opened up the machine they saw the $20 told her she put it in the wrong way I felt like that was they were being races and disrespectful They did not even apologize to the woman they told her it was her faustop buying gift cards from CVS they are ripping people off and they are not giving you your money back for it

Love the staff here at CVS 598 merrick road. Dwight and Jeanie are always happy and helpful..Any of the staff that I have encountered have always been extremely kind and caring!
