I wasn't expecting much when I went to Karp but I'm glad to have made the detour. The team there is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Elvin, the salesperson, was new but he explain the product and options well and Mike, the finance manager, would work with you to make sure you are comfortable with what you're agreeing to. It was time well spent. I would recommend!

Karp Auto is phenomenal. Everything about the process was easy and great. They got me the right car at the perfect time. Mike Rosenberg was amazing. I will definitely continue to work with Karp Auto in the future

Had a wonderful experience at Karp while purchasing a vehicle. Dwayne the salesman was great. Told him what we didn’t want and put a deposit on a car 45 min later. Picked it up 2 days later

I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. I arrived at 6:15, well before the 7 PM closing time. The salesman, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, initially seemed dismissive when I inquired about a G5, claiming they didn't have such a model. After correcting to a K5, he retrieved a car without introducing himself and maintained a standoffish attitude throughout.When discussing lease details and expressing my budget range, I felt belittled and treated like a child. The salesman, without considering my down payment, asserted that getting the car for less than $500 was impossible. This contradicted online offers I had seen for $439.I left feeling talked down to and unwelcome. The lack of professionalism was evident when I asked about visiting at a better time, and it seemed like he just wanted me to leave. Overall, the experience left me frustrated and unimpressed."

I’ve been in and out of dealerships all month and KIA Karp in RVC by far has been the most pleasant experience. The salesman Claudio took care of me. All of the salesman are so nice, patient, honest, and will absolutely work with you and your budget. They are not pushy and will not try to shame you into a sale. Anyone in the market for a KIA, go to this dealership! The other KIA’s I had gone too were too pushy and would lie about certain things just to make a sale, but not this one. 10/10!

These guys are great. Mark, our sales guy, is very kind and had great advice about the models we were looking to purchase. Excellent customer service, and didn’t make us feel like we were being taken advantage of. Highly recommend it, and will return!

I bought my lease out on my Kia Sportage and my sales person Asst. Sales Mgr.Mark and Mike the financial officer were above and beyond in making my experience as affordable as possible in this crazy economy. I would highly recommend the Karp Kia dealership to anyone looking for any Kia model auto.

My sales associate was Claudio Perez. He made the entire car buying experience easy. No high pressure.Very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining the features of my new Kia Seltos EX. It was a pleasure doing business at Karp Kia and I highly recommend them.

I usually do not post reviews but, I had such a wonderful experience that felt the need to express the way I was treated, from start to finish. I worked with a salesman, Claudio Perez, he was awesome and I highly recommend, whether you are buying or leasing a vehicle to see him! Thank you Karp for a great experience.

Horrible! Think twice before you purchase a car from a dealership with the worst service dept. I recently purchased my car and had a safety recall letter. I called and wanted to bring the car in immediately. They hung up on me. So i kept driving my car. I got a burning smell and decided to bring it in. They wanted to charge me $225 for diagnostic fee in case something happened to the car which warranty does not cover. Its a brand new car. I cannot use my warranty unless i pay diagnostic fee. Red hair guy at the front desk has no customer service skills and I couldn’t reach anyone from service dept even though i called couple of times. They kept transferring my call to bunch of different people and none of them was at their desk. I never had to pay anything for service dept to check a brand new car. They made me drive like that all the way back home. I also showed them that safety recall letter in mail. They didn’t even look at it. They did not offer to make an appointment either. I’m sure Somebody will bring up a lawsuit against this place pretty soon. Horrible! Stay away at all costs!

First time I ever leased a car and I was incredibly fortunate to find Claudio. Incredibly friendly and responsive. He worked hard to meet exactly what I was looking for. Honest and hard working. Truly fantastic experience.

I'm at your dealership now. It's raining but it's also my only day off. Everyone of your salesmen watched me outside looking at cars through the glass not one came out. Wanna say I was out there for 15 minutes check your security cameras the date is 9/23/23 at around 1:15 pm I have a blue umbrella dressed in a black tee shirt and black pants. Off to a Toyota dealership to see if they want a sale.
