I recently purchased a 2024 Lexus RX350. The entire process was seamless. The trade in process was great. Our representative, Jonathan Agosto was fabulous. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and patient. We never felt rushed when asking numerous questions. He was always willing to explain every detail and even on a second visit he took the time to explain functions I had some difficulty with. We feel we got a great purchase price on this vehicle and would refer anyone we know to purchase from this dealership. Carolyn Signer

Had an appointment for service and still had to wait over 40 mins. After waiting for such a long time we asked for our keys back and even that took an additional 15 mins. No apologies were made or attempts to see why we were leaving. All the employees are just walking around and don't really seem to be moving at as a fast pace as needed. I would recommend trying another Lexus dealership before choosing this one.

Another disappointing experience at lexus of Freeport. After it raining the last few days, I noticed the inside visor was wet around the drivers side of my sunroof in my 2017 Lexus RX-350. I immediately brought it in for service. Lexus of Freeport looked at my vehicle, and my service advisor, Carlos, told me I " should call my insurance company because this is a very expensive job". I needed "mold remediation services and everything on the drivers side needs to be ripped out and replaced". I asked him how much it costs if I wasn't going to use insurance and he said the labor involved is over $5;000. alone, not counting the parts. I told him not to do the work just my NYS inspection,, and I'd be going for a second opinion. I called Ray Catena Lexus in Monmouth NJ who scheduled me an appointment for today. I went in told them what's going on with the car (not mentioning what just happened in Freeport), and they checked my vehicle out. An hour later they came back with my keys and told me "your sunroof drains were clogged so we blew out both sides, you should probably do that with every service. We checked the car, your seals are fine & there's no water accumulated on the floor and no mold inside, so you're good to go ." They handed me my keys and sent me on my way.... No charge!!!! This isn't the first time Lexus of Freeport told me I needed expensive work done when the car didn't. I use to love going to lexus of Rockville Center & I trusted them with my vehicle. Ever since that dealership was sold and they built a 'state of the art dealership in Freeport", I don't trust the Freeport service department, and rightfully so! It's apparent to me now, that someone has to pay for that new dealership; but it shouldn't be on my dime; by me being told I need services that I really don't. That's called FRAUD!!!! I won't be back! Trust me, I'll pay the tolls and spend 3 hours traveling to use Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth any & everyday over Lexus of Freeport. Having a dealership you can trust means everything! P.s. the only reason I rated Lexus of Freeport 1 star was the inspection was free of charge.... otherwise they deserve a ZERO!

At first I was really upset with the way things were being handled. After an hour of finding the right common ground, things started to get better. Joseph and his team did all they could to make sure I left happy and satisfied. Their main focus was making sure I felt safe and secure as well as happy and satisfied with my decision. It wasn't all about making a dollar off of me, to some you'd think it's business as usual, but not with Joseph and his team. They put my concerns first and devoted ample time to making sure I left no stone unturned. I came in upset and left happy. It felt great knowing I was getting the best deal possible for my trade in. Would recommend to all future prospects searching for the right vehicle with a great team. I'll surely be a customer for life. Thanks Joseph and all the staff at Lexus of Freeport!

My experience at Lexus of Freeport was phenomenal. My day began with a great service experience with Rayon. He was knowledgeable about my repairs.I met and lost Ariel but was referred to Freddy after talking to Michelle . Freddy's professionalism guided me to finalize my experience with Joe. Glad to be a customer at this location.Another great experience after Pete welcomed me, Charlie handled the service request with care. Freddy ensured I had a sweet loaner.Thanks Lexus of Freeport. ?

Thank you, Carlos.I am a retired Marine and a small business owner. Since my business is new, I can’t report it as income so I have difficulty getting large purchases financed off my pension alone.Before Lexus of Freeport, I applied for financing through Burdick Lexus (near my home) and Bobby Rahal Lexus in Pennsylvania Both said no, after many credit attempts. Lexus of Freeport was my last effort after several weeks of denials.After a day and a half I called Carlos, frustrated, and told him I’m giving up. Stop trying for financing. His response was, “but I got you approved.” When I realized he wasn’t joking, I said, “Yeah, but under what terms?” He said, “the terms YOU asked for.”I drove 600 miles, round trip, to pick up my 2023 IS 500 F Sport yesterday and now I intend to go to them for my next vehicle, even though there is a Lexus dealer ten miles from my house.Carlos was great, the management team were great, the financing manager was great. Carlos and several other sales persons even helped my load my car on a trailer. I, however, was… difficult. Yet they pushed forward and got the deal I asked for, to the letter. Thank you all for my beautiful new car.

Today I joined the Lexus Family. From start to finish Jonathan & Derrick from Lexus of Freeport made sure I had the best experience. It was so smooth you can only wish every experience would be this way. Everything was all set when I got there - my car was beautiful with a bow on top! If your thinking of going to Lexus of Freeport ask for Jonathan - he will make your experience worth it and not a stressful one.

I recently purchased an ES from this location. What a simple transaction and great experience. My salesman Carlos was straight to the point and very helpful in the process to complete the sale. The manager, Mirza was extremely helpful as well in locating the model I was looking for and crunching the numbers and even Joe in the finance department was very knowledgeable and helpful. Working out the rate and extras that are available at point of sale. Overall a great dealership and I recommend to anyone in the market for a top luxury vehicle.

The internet manager Susan Hughes answered all my emails the week prior to me arriving at the dealership and once I was there ,Sales consultant Joan lopez provided excellent service in helping me purchase my new RX 350 f sport. The whole process was hassle free.

Vivian Midgley was thee best car salesman I have encountered in my process. I had visited numerous showrooms prior to my purchase however I was sold with Vivian’s knowledge, courtesy, patience, and being able to meet my needs. My recent experience at Freeport was great! My lease was ending and other dealerships were providing absolute ridiculous prices. Freeport was reasonable, professional, and Marc and Jeffrey made the process simple and easy. Greatly appreciate the manager Marc for an easy transition into my Upgraded new 2024 NX and absolutely in love with it! Jeffrey explained everything to me, even hooked up my phone. Jeffrey was very professional and personable! Highly recommend Jeffrey and Freeport!
