“The service I received at this Verizon location was exceptional. I visited this Verizon store on Sunday August 30, 2026. The service representative, D'Andre and the Senior Manager, Chiliyah Leak, had an incredible amount of experience, knowledge and patience. I was greeted with a smile throughout the time I was there. I was there for about 2 hours, however, I was upgrading to a new iphone and adding three new phones lines on three old iphones to my family plan which can be a time consuming process. They worked diligently and methodically to make sure everything was set up correctly. They also made sure I was getting the best possible package financially. It can be hard working in customer service, but it comes naturally for D'Andre and Chiliyah. I cannot thank them enough for the time and effort they took out of their day to make sure my family plan was set up and running without a hitch. Much appreciated to them and would highly recommend this Verizon location for any of your phone needs!”

“I was certain all my data was lost as my battery died, wouldn't power up at all. I went to Tmoble, my server. They can't help. I then went to Best Buy, Geek Desk, believing they could help. Nothing. I then asked Chatgpt & they recommended Omar at IClinic which I wasn't even aware of. He kept me updated, few days later my data was back, new battery, all is well! Omar is a miracle worker! If you have a tech problem take your problem to him, don't bother going anywhere else-he's the BEST!!”
