What a relaxing afternoon! Spent some screen free time peacefully creating a terrarium with my son. He was fully immersed and fully engaged. The atmosphere was clean, inviting and engaging with many options to choose from. While you are free to upgrade, the standard option served us well and our guide was helpful and attentive while still giving us space to enjoy our time together. I will definitely back.

Great spot in RVC for date night, a party, get pots not your ordinary, or plants. I have attended one of the workshops, different fun concept. I have also bought multiple pots from here, for myself or gifts. If you’re looking for something to do, look no further. You won’t regret. The owner and staff are so kind, professional and knowledgeable.

I came with to do the succulent workshop with 2 more people. (It was the perfect way to celebrate my sister’s birthday!) We had fun with wine, seltzers and a little snack. I really loved that we were able to take our time and make our terrariums at our own pace. I didn’t feel rushed at all and it was a very relaxing and fun experience. There are so many options to make this my own beautiful addition to my home. I loved that there were different sizes and shapes for the upgrades. I’m happy that the money I spent went to a beautiful piece for my home and a beautiful memory for my sister’s birthday.
Rachel was also really helpful in the creation process. I appreciated her honestly in what would work best for the space of my terrarium and the best succulents for the care they need or lighting of where I wanted to put them in my home. She was helpful whenever we had an “uh-oh” moment. She would come right away and help to guide me in what to do, like which tools I can use best for the situation. As well as say, “Let me see.” and actually show me so I didn’t kill my succulent’s roots. Lol.
All in all, I’d highly recommend this workshop and this shop (lots of fun finds other than plants)!

I ordered a large number of terrarium-building kits for an event and Rachel and her team were incredibly easy to work with! We had some issues with shipping, and she was more than accommodating and incredibly responsive. We had a great time building the terrariums -- highly recommend!

I did a virtual terrarium workshop with this company and everything was fantastic! The plants arrived in perfect condition and the kit came with lots of adorable accessories, and the instructor was great. Highly recommend!

We had the best time yesterday celebrating my mom’s upcoming wedding with a small group of close friends. The staff was very helpful and walked us though the whole process. We all left with a beautiful terrarium and felt accomplished. The boutique area was filled with gifts and plants. Great place to catch up with friends, plan a date, or a private event.

Def recommend this spot 100%, the staff is very nice and the vibes are very calm. Staff come by and check up on you regularly to ensure that everything is going smoothly. Stayed for a little over an hour and a half to create my own terrarium. Def didn't not feel rushed at all , just felt welcomed to stay. Def worth the drive as there's easy street parking a few blocks away

What a beautiful concept and place the owner Rachel was so NICE ? I have stressful job so that was perfect place to relax music smell touch and workshop all senses were touched was a perfect place to finish a week thank you very much definitely will be back

Although I didn't purchase anything in here yesterday I have a strong urge to come back and craft my own mini terrarium. Service seemed warm and friendly. They also have a large selection of little different gifts you can purchase for yourself or for someone. I don't think the mini terrarium is an appropriate gift for someone but like I said they have a plethora of gifts such as cute little ring trays (one I almost bought!) or small plants including succulents. I will be back!

I had an amazing experience with my cousin and meeting Lieza. I definitely recommend this venue for all occasions as a date night, ladies night, or birthday celebrations. It was my gift experience for my cousin and we both had a great time! Soon they’ll have a liquor license.

I have been shopping at Modern Terrarium Bar for the past 5 years. Just walking through the doors is an experience in itself. The shelves are filled with gorgeous and healthy plants, organic candles and soaps, and other beautiful items for your home or for gifts. The care and attention that the staff gives me, whether I am simply shopping for a small plant, or if I'm making a terrarium, is just amazing. It's clear that customer service, and ensuring that I have a relaxing time in the store, is their #1 priority. This store just doesn't sell plants/items...it offers you a beautiful escape from your busy life and feeds your soul with creativity and bliss.

I’d rate it 6 stars if I could. Easily one of the best experiences I've ever encountered. The environment is calming, the instructor was perfect, and the end-product was amazing. What more could somebody want? In addition, they have really great products that are available for purchase. This is a place I will definitely revisit.
