I NEVER write reviews, but this one truly deserves it. I just had my daughters 4th birthday there this weekend and I cant say enough good things about my experience here from start to finish. Not only did the kids love it, this was one of the stress-less parties I’ve had.
We all have been talking about how perfect the day was since we left there Saturday. If you’re thinking about having a party here, stop second guessing and just book it!
Coming from an extremely indecisive person 😂 i promise, you will not regret it!

A birthday gem!
We recently celebrated our child's 3rd birthday here and it was a hit with kids and parents alike. Raffaela made everything so easy, that I was able to enjoy the party, too. The children enjoyed the play area and of course, the delicious ice cream!

Celebrated my youngest 8th birthday yesterday and we’re are ABSOLUTELY PLEASED with the service provided! The kids had an amazing time during free play, doing a fun craft and enjoying their delicious ice cream. Spacious enough for the parents to be comfortable while waiting for kiddos enjoying coffee and treats. Highly recommend!!

We celebrated my daughter's eighth birthday here. The owner, Raffaela, was very welcoming, attentive to details and courteous. She made booking and payment easy. Everything was smooth and streamlined the day of the party. All the kids had fun as well as the parents! I would definitely recommend this establishment to my family and friends!

Had my daughters 4th birthday party here and it was so much fun ! Rafaella and Courtney made everything so easy ! From the set up to the clean up and everything in between, hands down the easiest party I’ve put together.

We celebrated my son’s first birthday and had a great experience! The party was perfectly organized and the kids had so much fun making crafts, playing with the variety of toys in the playroom, and making ice cream sundaes. The planning process was seamless as Raffaela was very responsive, friendly, creative, and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommend hosting a party at Once Upon a Sundae!

We hosted our daughter’s birthday celebration at Once Upon a Sundae, and it was a wonderful!!
The party catered to a wide range of ages, from 1 to 13 years old, and everyone had a blast. The kids enjoyed the playroom, painting their own ceramic rocket ships or piggy banks, and, of course, creating their own sundaes that changed color, like magic !
The space was perfect for our larger party, with 12 kids and 24 adults, offering plenty of room for everyone to have fun. Raffaela was an incredible host—helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. She’s so friendly and made the entire process easy, from our initial phone call to email correspondence.
Two amazing young ladies were on hand to assist throughout the event, guiding the kids through each activity with ease. We received so many compliments from guests, with several expressing interest in hosting their own parties at Once Upon a Sundae.
If you're looking to make your child’s next event extra special, I highly recommend booking Once Upon a Sundae. You won’t be disappointed!

Place was amazing, the workers were so nice and great with the kids. I especially loved how they broke everything up between crafting and playing in the play room. It gave kids who weren’t great at sitting for long periods of time a chance to have fun. Would definitely recommend for kids parties.

Had my daughter’s 4th birthday party yesterday - what a perfect experience! Everything was taken care of for you effortlessly - the decorations, the food, setup, cleanup, and of course the delicious ice cream. The details are what makes this venue standout: the organization, coffee bar for the adults, and even a #4 birthday candle for my daughter. Her and her whole class (17 kids total) had an incredible time, and there was plenty of space for the parents to sit and mingle. HIGHLY recommend! My family and I are so so happy with the party.

We had our son’s 2nd birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect! We had children ages 1-8 and all of them had a blast. The playroom and craft were suitable for all the kids despite the big age gap. Making sundaes at the end was such a hit and everyone loved it. It was a very laid back, comfortable vibe which is what we are always looking for. Would highly recommend!!!!
