Parts Authority is a reliable business known for its wide selection of auto parts and excellent customer service. Customers appreciate the staff’s knowledge and helpfulness, often going above and beyond to assist with their needs. The business is a warehouse rather than a retail store, which can be surprising to some visitors, but the staff is friendly and willing to guide customers to the right products, even for small items like oil. Many customers have traveled from other states to get parts that aren’t available elsewhere, citing the competitive prices and quick availability compared to other suppliers. The staff is praised for being respectful and not talking down to customers, creating a welcoming environment for everyone, including those who may not look like typical mechanics. Overall, Parts Authority is recognized for its quality parts, good prices, and helpful service, making it a trusted choice for auto parts needs.
