“Haven't been here in a while and was pleasantly surprised. The store was packed with great merchandise at reasonable prices. The staff was courteous and helpful. Only negative thing in my opinion was the layout of the store makes it very difficult to shop while using a wagon. It was hard to maneuver it in and around the aisles. Definitely going back!”
“Thank you Allen for helping us with our Golden retriever. Once contacted, Allen called back in 5 minutes. Once I told him what breed I was looking for, I had 6 pictures sent to me within 10 minutes. I called and texted every time I had questions. Allen never seemed bothered and always answered me back. It was a pleasure doing business with him. If I'm looking for a puppy in the future, I will call Puppy Guyz again. Great job.

“Brought my baby there. He was matted I was embarrassed. The owner Mary worked with my schedule to bring him in and she cared for him and made him smell good, he was shaved without looking bald. I am so satisfied. They communicated to ensure me that Brownie was doing well. They have a new loyal patron. Easy Breezy, Bone Bath & Beyond is great. He got excited when he saw me. “We love three dogs bakery LI! I brought sky to pick out some treats a few months ago and fell in love with their store and treats. Their treats are great quality and affordable. There’s almost always a buy 2 get one free deal going on and I always take advantage. The store is open and allows for dogs to sniff around and pick out their treats! Everyone is super friendly and they have super cute front desk pups :)We also ordered her birthday cake last week and enjoyed it today. It was a hit! Our pups love the cake and the cake bites, it was such a cute addition to our birthday party. We will be back soon to spoil our sky again!”

“Always clean and though mostly my visits have been for the vet, I always leave with a purchase. That being said, the cashier is always friendly. The person who checks in the veterinary clients is a rock star. Quick, efficient, attentive and helpful. The vets are always patient and take their time to explain things or answer questions.”

“I shop at Pets Boutique in Manhasset at least once a week for our puppy Bailey. Max (the owner) is always so helpful and so nice. He even gifted Bailey a beautiful box of birthday doggie cookies for her 1 year birthday yesterday. She also LOVED her cannoli cupcake that we purchased. Bailey literally runs to get inside the store whenever we go. Thank you so much, Max for always making our shopping experience so great!!! 🐾 🐶 ♥”
“Been coming to woofer wash for over a year with my two dogs. I think tub size is great all supplies are fresh and clean. The manager working there is incredibly sweet and helpful. Its a really nice place to wash your dog and dry them. Im glad i found thrm.”

Note that I’m a regular customer here and I always tip 25%-30% for the past year.
I told them that my dog’s haircut was uneven but they didn’t offer to correct this mistake. Take a look at the picture ?. This is absolutely crazy for a haircut mistake on a regular customer.
I also clearly booked grooming for my golden retriever but they didn’t even ask me what I wanted when I brought her in. They immediately started working on the golden and failed to communicate with me. Now, I need to find a different groomer to actually cut their hair.”
