If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you are looking to being treated like a human being, stay far away from this location. I am beyond livid. I walked in there at 8:15am for my 8:30am appointment, followed the directions on the check in monitor and it said my appointment was not found. I had a confirmation number and wasn't understanding the issue. I was waiting patiently at the front desk where I was first ignored by one nurse who clearly saw me standing there and kept calling patients back. The next nurse then yelled at me from the back room and told me I wasn't allowed to stand there and I needed to check in and sit down. I begin to tell her I had an appointment and it's not showing up and she abruptly cut me off and told me I wasn't allowed to speak and I have to sit down! To the 2 women working at this location Wed morning, 12/20/23 you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. Take a class in customer service if you choose to remain in an industry that cares for peoples well beings. Absolutely disgusting.

What I don’t understand is the rating of this facility!!! I was there at 630 this morning , and I absolutely LOVE the girls that work there!!! I hate blood work but these women there made it so pleasant… their bedside manner was outstanding as were their personalities!!! This place is PERFECTION as far as I was able to see this morning and I will be using them for my entire family now!!! Way to go ladies of Quest Rockville Centre… you all made my entire morning!!!!!!!

I recently took my brother here TWICE and TWICE we had complications getting him to do a lab test at this facility. Today, he arrived 10 minutes late, still under the universal grace period of a patient arriving late, and the front desk lady was NASTY. She completely cut him off as he was trying to communicate with her, showing ZERO customer service and professional human to human skills.To the manager and or owner reading this: We are no longer coming here and hope this review also warns other patients. Your poor staff selection is the reason.

Is this last for real. I paid for my visit in advance and she’s saying I won’t be seen. Etc. Make an appointment. My doctor send me here. She didn’t let me sing in on the tablet. What a waste of time. I am going to switch my lab. This is unacceptable.

Came for a quick blood test, and even though I was late and lost my spot in the queue, Kiara made sure I was seen in a timely manner. She was very kind, professional and clearly explained what was being analyzed in the blood samples. I was lucky to be seen by her.When you check-in, stay inside to hear your name called. Don't select the "we'll call you" option, Quest unfortunately doesn't honor it. Also, do your part to protect the staff - wear a mask if you feel sick. They're already understaffed, and respiratory viruses are spreading rampantly around this time.

Wanted to review this quest location for the simple fact of how poor the recent ratings are. Had an appointment for 6:50 AM and was out by 6:57 AM. The place smelled like it was recently sanitized and looked clean. Totally understand everyone's situation can and will be different; however, kudos to the staff for the check-in process and the appointment times.

Tibia was absolutely amazing. My dr sent the rx to the wrong lab. I went in to asked if it was sent there.she helped within 10 minutes. Her smile and the way she talks to her Patients is absolutely a leader. I hope other staff members will Follow in her direction.

The worst quest center I ever visited The staff is what makes it a terrible visit .They make it a bad experience. Not friendly at all . I had two appointments for my kids but they couldn't find one of it and made go all over to redo the appointments Even do I show the code and Qr scanThey say that doesn't help .I had to wait like I never had an appointment .

I was told that if I arrived early that I could be seen for my 3 hour test. When I arrived I was told they’d be taking me in soon. After waiting 1.5 hrs I was told they couldn’t accommodate me. Try and avoid this location unless you don’t mind wasting your time. Disorganized & no clear communication.

Not only RVC but FREEPORT also had obscene wait times, accompanied by rude, snappy staff. Completely unprofessional and I will ask my doctors to send me elsewhere. 2 days to DROP OFF a completed specimen, non drug test related. I doubt the specimen is even good anymore.QUEST, NORTHWELL, OPTUM.The employees complain of the same thing: they are understaffed and overworked. That’s not my problem that the CEOs are bringing home millions and they cut corners at every chance they get. wake up America, healthcare does not have to be this way. Stay at your local doctors who are not part of these corporate affiliates.

Simply put, this place is a complete joke. If I did my job the way they do theirs I’d be fired immediately. Try to avoid this location or maybe they’re all the same I don’t know. Judging by all these terrible reviews they must be happy with the way this company is ran because everyone has the same problems and they change nothing.

Went for 1230 appointment. Only one in wit room. Been hour and still wait while secretary on her cell phone ignore me for straight honor. Don't come to this office. Sucks and rude

I had my blood work done today by Cynthia at the RVC Lab. I have been getting my blood work done here for years. My experience with Cynthia was none like I have had in the past. She was very professional and pleasant in her task. Cynthia communicated to me what she was doing and after she was done drawing my blood, she confirmed that the vials that were labeled were my vials.Did I mention that I was in and out in less than 15 minutes without an appointment!Thank you Cynthia! Quest should consider making you the trainer of professionalism with patients.
