My stay was just what I needed. I got the Jacuzzi suite and was very pleased. The room was clean, the jacuzzi and bathroom were very clean also. The bed was super comfortable. I actually got a full nights sleep without waking up. The free continental breakfast was delicious and they guys at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. The guy that checked me in was great, I belive his name was Ron. Also walking distance from the LIRR train station for those who travel using Public Transportation. Will be returning soon

The first room they sent me to was not clean!! The second room the toilet did not work. The cleaning person kept coming in the room. They billed me twice for the same night and I have not received a refund and it’s been almost two weeks! I will never stay there again!!!!

Ramadan was one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in. although i am only staying for a night. the hotel has great accommodations and staff. the front clerk was one of the nicest people we have ever met (mr.wan). everything was smooth sailing. i hope you enjoy your trip!

Ron the owner was the best part of this heavenly experience from the time I stepped in he was friendly and professional and very approachable. Went out of his way to make us fell like family. When in New York I will not stay anywhere else. He also gave us a $95.85 discount which was very helpful!

The room was not that clean. There was hair in the bath tube. I stood beside the bed and didn't realize there was a pair of scissors. Until the next morning I found it bent where I was sleeping at. I had asked for some towels and was told no. I had to walk up to the front and ask why I couldn't get some more towels. I was informed that I get some in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I can hear some body by my door and when open the lady or maid was on her cell phone talking and I wait for another 10 minutes before I went back in my room. By this time I was upset and walked back out of my room and there she was walking away from my room. A ask again for some more towels she gave me 1 and say something at this moment I'm done. I walk back in my room. Then there is a knock on the. Door and it's around 10 and asking me if I'm ready to check out. I had to reply no because my check out time is 1 pm. I had thought about staying another day but the room was not up to par. The service was bad. And I went to breakfast. Pancake in a bag and bagels in another bag. There was some more food on slim board piece on the wall with a long line. So I went back to my room. Not eating breakfast. But the best part was when I check out .. I walk in with my wife and standing there and another couple walk in behind me. They talk in Spanish and the couple drop off there key and left. A few minutes later we was ask if we was checking out. Yes you can drop the key and go. We will never go there a again.

Terrible stay. Room smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking, with cigarette burns on the toilet seat. Dated. Felt unclean. Bug trap under the bed full of insects, including a cockroach. A staff member entered our room at 4 a.m. without knocking — unacceptable. Rude check-in, poor breakfast, and constant smell of cannabis and smoke. Not up to Ramada standards — more like a rundown 2-star motel. Avoid.

By far one of the best customer experience I’ve received in a long time. The general manager “RON” made my experience very welcoming . I in fact , booked an extra night due to his warm welcome and how he treated my daughter. This was a last minute booking and was worth it.
