Bought truck 2 years ago..no chip..got chip couple of months ago.toldhm heat wont work without new stearing wheel ...they should have ordered them together .. never called when chip was in..had to keep calling. 2 years . We keep calling. Nothing . Sign nothing till you get things in vehicle.. dont listen to false promises..should have gone elsewhere.

An easy and painless experience from beginning the end. Everyone at GMC RVC Service center is friendly and helpful. I normally walk to the floure shoppe cafe near by, grab a bite, and then wait in the quiet and clean waiting room for the rest!

To be honest not happy with GMC vehicles these days. Not cool to have traded my 2017 GMC Acadia Limited for a 2017 Yukon xl Denali where it's been in the shop twice in 4 months for a total of $ 7500.00 in repairs.. had I not paid $8300.00 for an extended warranty I would've been screwed. Blame the computers for todays technology but the vehicles aren't made better then yesterdays . Can't enjoy my truck for even six months.. very sad . GMC of Rockville did the right thing by me because I had the extended warranty...A big shout out to Andy Milo for hooking me up with the plug for the nail in my tire I am forever greatful for your hospitality.. fingers crossed no further issues develop anytime soon and I can enjoy my new truck .

I can't help but feel ripped off. Took my own diagnostic and was told they will do their own that cost $190 and the cost will go towards the repairs which seemed fair. I ended up paying $250 for an oil change and brake flush and the issue I went for still isn't done, i still need a new battery. Everytime I visit I get a different random price for the same issue. Just don't feel trustworthy and may not be returning. Disappointment continues.

Everyone is friendly . They put me in a truck that I wanted. Salesman was knowledgeable. I couldnt imagine being more comfortable going to another Dealership. I am at a loss for a better description of my experience. This Dealership can be a model of excellence for other Dealerships !!!!!!

The dishonesty at this dealership is insane. It all started from the sale when the salesman mike, said that he would Make sure the car had new brakes and rotors for me. Then I brought the car back within a week because of the rotors and he again texted me multiple times saying they will chang the brakes and rotors yet when I get the car back he explains they resurfaced the rotors but he thought they changed them because he saw they took the wheels off.Now for the service department.I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only was the issue not corrected but it was not done in a timely manner and the service manager was e trembly rude. I purchased a certified pre owned car less than 3 months to bringing the car in for the second time for the same issue. The first time I brought it in they said they didn’t hear a noise and brought it back. The second time I had to wait 3 weeks to get a loaner and then they held my car for a month. When I brought the car in I had asked Keith to go on a ride to ensure he heard the noise I was talking about. I was able to see in the app that they took the car out for another drive after I left and then let the car sit for 2 days. The app indicated that they would look at the car one day and then park it for another 5 or 6 days. I called the service advisor Dave almost every day after the first week and he would just tell me they are working on the car and that the service manager would call me back. Keith, service manager rarely called back and when he did, he would just tell me they are working on other cars first because I have a loaner. First Keith told me the problem was that wheel bearing was bad and it welded itself to the spindle so they had to soak it to get it off. Then I guess when they drove it they realized it was not the problem and Keith began saying the wheel bearing wasn’t bad but they “changed it for me”. There was a whole where I was being told Keith would call back but didn’t so I had to call the general manager Kenny who understood why frustration and said he would look into it. Keith called me back apologizing for the lack of communication and he explained what they were gonna do next. It then took another week for them to look at the car and they said it was the caliper. So they put the caliper on and it made a sound worse and the wheel was not spinning freely. They said that they had to contact corporate to find out what was wrong. The. They changed an abs module and ensured me all the sounds were gone and the car is fixed. We’ll now that I had the car back for a few days, the car makes more squeaks than before and the original sound I brought it in for is not gone. Keith’s response when I told him about the car squeaking after he ensured there were no more sounds was,” well you bought a used car.” I came to this dealership on a recommendation but I personally would not recommend this dealer to anyone.And on top of this terrible service I bought an extended warranty that I am no longer confident was worth it.

I have a2015 Yukon when the car was 3/4years old and way under 70000 miles the transmission started to Buck I brick it to rvc gmc at least ten times said it was normal and as the car got older it happened more frequently and but the time the warranty ran out the transmission went. I was so mad to learn that when repairing/replacing it the gmc service guy said to me the only way to know if there is a transmission problem with your eyes is take it apart and look where the problem is cause it’s in a closed container. So the entire time I was bringing my car for a transmission problem no one ever bothered to open up my transmission because it takes a lot of work and they were counting on seeing the problem or feeling the problem within the day. They had it and driving my car around town. That’s is immoral and wrong. I paid the dealership 6000$ for a rebuilt transmission and a warranty. Ever since I picked my car up it’s been reving high at 1.5-2.5. My car would never do that original owner had car for 8 years called them up said bring it in when you have time. Well I needed an inspection and brought my car in and they said it’s normal. How is this normal if it hasn’t been like that for 8 years. My car used to when step on gas takes off and r goes to a 2 or even 2.5 and goes immediately back now it does not now it hovers over a 2-3. Not normal and they are not telling me it is the service guy Andy said if I don’t believe what he says ask his manager and I could wait to speak to him. This is a crime. No one took apart the transmission to see what the problem is. No one cares. I don’t understand why iv would party for a gmc dealer service which my car has only ever been to if you aren’t going to give me the care that I deserve. I was going to buy a new car next year from you because I love my Yukon but i will never put myself they the service like this. My car is not fixed right and they sent me on my way. Disappointed

Parts department is completely incompetent and rude. I wouldn't call this dealership for a part if you paid me.
