We love St. Mark’s! My kids are developing a love of learning that will stay with them for years to come. The teachers and staff are excellent and truly teach with love and respect of the child at the core. My kids cannot wait to go to school in the morning and are proud to show off their work at pick up. The community that has been created through this school is absolutely wonderful, and we have made lifelong friends here. A fantastic school!

The school is amazing. Staff is super cool. My daughter loved her teachers Ms Sibley and Ms Maria . My daughter can’t stop talking about her teachers even after school is over . They have music class every Thursday. Ms Krysta is amazing . Highly recommend.

I love teaching at the St. Marks nursery, the teachers bring their classes to see me once a week for music. I am in a LOT of school and here you’ll find the teachers participate, they model good behavior for their students and help make the class a community through singing songs along with me. I am so very thankful to be among these wonderful women, the kids are in great hands here.

This is really a very special and wonderful school. Not only does this school care for, teach, support and love your children, but they also support the parents in guiding their child through the transition out of the home and into a school setting. This transition was especially challenging for those of us who had our young children strictly home during the COVID pandemic, as our kids just weren't as exposed to other people as they normally would have been. The Director, teachers and staff at SMNS rose to the occasion and met this challenge head on. They met us where we were at and supported me and my son in any way possible. I never had to do anything I was uncomfortable with and more importantly, my son had a great transition into school. He is learning so much and absolutely loves going to school there. I believe this experience could have really been make or break in terms of my son's relationship with school and new people, and thanks to the intelligence level and kindness that is so clearly evident at SMNS in everyone who works there, his experience has really been made so positive, and so was mine. I truly couldn't be more thankful to everyone at SMNS for the experience we are having there and would highly recommend you check them out if you are looking into a nursery school for your 2, 3 or 4 year old. You will not be disappointed!

The staff is outstanding, I haven’t heard one person ever complain about the teachers, assistants, specialists or office.Much of the issue is with the executive board, making executive decisions and not having parent involvement which should be outwardly obvious when running a “cooperative” school. They claim you’ll find your “village” and your “community” but all you’ll find here is an executive board full of stay at home moms who were once important in their careers (ex lawyers, ex principal, etc.) looking for recognition and a pat on the back for being so stringent in the policies that only SOME parents get to go inside the school, and only SOME kids get special days. All under the guise of safety, all the while unknowingly but due to a huge fault of their own policies: allowed a CVD19 positive parent enter and shut down an entire class of 3 year olds. Shame. They demand you be part of committee and expect you to volunteer your time, but you’re still not allowed to make suggestions or allow school wide meetings or votes on important policies (that’s only for the executive board).Staff is great, teachers are amazing. The executive board is haphazard at best, and a high school popularity contest that the rest of us could do without. If it wasn’t for the teachers, and my kids love for them, I would have pulled my kids out and paid double to send them elsewhere.

“ St. marks was more than a school , it became more like an extended family. The constant support from the staff, teachers and other parents made our experience one of a kind. I highly recommend this school to any family. It will provide your child warmth, connection and above all a place to grow in loving arms.”

I could not be happier with our choice in a school for our son. Not only is the director beyond nurturing, caring, organized, and professional but the teachers all truly care for the children as if they are their own. I have such a peace of mind at work all day knowing my son is in a safe, friendly, bright, and fun environment. Last spring, he came home and told me the life cycle of a butterfly at 2.4 years old! Wouldn’t think twice about this wonderful family we are now part of. The Learning Academy is an amazing school that I highly recommend.

The director Morgan Moccia and her outstanding staff provide the utmost care and educational experience for all of the children at TLA! Mrs. Moccia dedication to her staff and her students is exceptional and truly one of a kind! When you enroll your little one at TLA, you are not only joining a school community but you’re becoming part of the TLA family!

As we start another year, I am reminded again of what an amazing little school TLA is. My kids are thrilled to go back and see their teachers and friends. They are excited for all they will learn and experience. We are beyond comfortable to have them go because we know they will be loved, cared for, and taught, all while having so much fun. If you don’t send your kiddos here yet, you should and if you already do - lucky you!
