A few months ago I had the most stressful morning after dropping my toddler at preschool and Jimmy at T&V came to my rescue! After getting bagels across the street, I got into my car and it wouldn't start at all. I was panicking since this has never happened to me and when I called my husband he said it was the battery that must have died. I walked across the street desperate for help since I saw there was an autoshop. Upon entering, I was met by Jimmy who after explaining my situation, without hesitation walked across the street with me to help jumpstart my car. He was so kind and didn't expect anything other than to help me get home safely. I was blown away by his kind gesture since we don't always find good people around and decided to have him replace my battery. He knew I was in a bind since I had to pick up my son from preschool and he did it that same morning for me. My husband said the price was fair and so I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and will take my car there for any issues. I called last minute for an inspection since it was the end of the month that mine was expiring, and I was told to bring it right in.On my way there, my maintenance light started to flash. Upon arrival, I asked if they could also accommodate the oil change, which they did without issue. Within the hour, I had my car back.Excellent customer service, communication, and prices.I'll definitely come back here in the future for all my car needs!
