  I will be calling the owner of this location and the better business bureau if I don't get anywhere with the owner. I walked in the store this morning asking the worker whose name is Kaitlin, Can you please make coffee? Cause there was no coffee made. Kaitlins answer to me the customer was, I guess. I said , thank you. Kaitlin answered, don't thank me. This is how you treat customers ???? Kaitlin said she is going to make me feel uncomfortable when I come into the store. Kaitlin, I will come in every single shift you work. You don't make me feel uncomfortable at all. I am a grown woman..I am the customer. You are a child and should not be working with the general public. You fight with customers and now you are saying you are going to make me feel uncomfortable when I come into the store. The store that you are a worker in. Never have you and never will you make me feel uncomfortable. It's disgusting that I have to write this ! Kaitlin approached me this morning saying, why did you leave a review on Google. Unprofessional! I am a paying customer. A customer that comes in every day since the store opened. You approach customers asking them why they left a review???? You need to take customer service classes and you also need to treat your customers with respect. This is not the first time Kaitlin has been rude and disrespectful. And she acted this way in front of a new worker and other paying customers. The poor new guy looked miserable when I paid for my items. I will be calling the owner. Please remember, you Kaitlin do not make me feel uncomfortable. Also, I heard Kaitlin speaking badly about her co workers right in front of customers. This is not a good look for a brand new store in a.small town. I am sorry I had to leave this , I love leaving GOOD reviews and I really love this 7 eleven. This problem needs to be resolved.

  Everyone that works here constantly have a stick up their a$s. It’s either the lady during the day or the middle eastern guy at night. Definitely not worth it.

  I have a medical condition and can only have water that is hot, not room temperature or cold. I went in for a cup of hot water. Most 7-Elevens don't charge, every once in a while. You get somebody that demands I pay for the cup for 48 cents. Today she charged it as an ice cup, older Indian woman, no name tag. No, it wasn't a plastic cup, it was a medium sized paper cup. She charged me a dollar. Shameful.

  Had a very clear sign C4 energy drinks 2 for 5 but did not want to honor. Even took picture to show him nothing. rang up the drinks showed up as 5.99 each

  Fat long haired garbage picked up what I was purchasing and slammed it down at the other register all because i was at the wrong register, instead of just saying "I'm over here!" ? top tier customer service. He does this again I'm leaving without paying

  Very nice cashier. The coffee was fresh with no blinking lights (when the lights below the coffee maker start blinking it's time to make a fresh pot) & that area was very clean.

  Someone needs to talk to the girl that works there, I don’t know her name, but if you’ve ever gone there you know exactly who I’m talking about. Honestly no one who works there really has a great personality, but this girl takes rude to a whole other level. She never smiles, but again no one there really does, but she just makes you feel outright uncomfortable even being in the store. Like how dare you purchase something and expect her to ring you up. I’ve tried extra hard to be pleasant to her hoping for some positive response, but nothing but attitude from her. Not so much as a “you’re welcome” when I say thank you, god forbid she actually said thank you to me as the customer. Again no one there does. It’s like they’re all doing you the favor by letting you spend your money there. This place needs a serious customer service retraining. It reflects very poorly o. The ownership because usually miserable employees have terrible bosses

  For the past two weeks every morning when I get coffee the cup leaks. Today when I bought my coffee I double cupped to avoid the leaking all over my car and or desk at work. When I went to pay the clerk was very nasty and gave me a hard time insisting his cups do not leak. I have been a loyal customer and have dealt with the cups leaking in my car and all over my desk i do not need an attitide when attempting to buy my coffee, will not be going back.
