My favorite 7-11!! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The coffee is delicious! There are a good number of flavors and the creamers etc. also have a lot of variety and are well stocked. 😀

I had put an order in online for two pizzas, I thought I ordered from the rocky point 711 at the corner of 25a and lower rocky point- yaphank rd, when I got there they had pointed out my mistake and since I was there I was gonna cancel my order and get the pizza from where I was, but when I looked online it had said that my order was already picked up so I of course I couldn’t cancel it. Now I’m tired from working all day and my kids are cranky and carrying on in the car, I tried calling this 711 about 20 times to tell them I wanted to cancel my order and refund my money, it was almost $20 so I didn’t want to just leave it, no one answered the phone so I had no choice but to go there in person to take care of the issue. I walked in and there’s 3 employees sitting behind the counter and one ringing up the only customer in the place, I had said to the older gentleman that my order said it was picked up but I didn’t pick it up, and I tried calling 100 times and no one answered, the man asked me why I was calling, while the 2 other employees nearby were smiling and laughing, I clearly needed help with my order because someone put it in the computer that I had picked it up and there’s 3 of you sitting here doing nothing, it’s ridiculous that not one of you can answer the phone and they laughed in my face, I don’t know how this location is still open, especially with 2 other 711s nearby. Unbelievably lazy and rude employees!

The staff is rude. I went in and purchased a Red Bull then asked if I could use the restroom and it’s on their site as they have restrooms and the staff member told me no that is not open to the public very rube staffI will never go there again

Very rude staff, the place is dirty. It's obvious the owner doesn't care about regulars either. Will no longer shop here.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Without going into too much detail. Dirty, dirty. Someone behind the counter was sitting on the table picking her nose on her phone. The food is sold old looking at times. And they are not nice at all. I've had now a second incident. Absolutely done. Most of all I don't feel the community should be spending their hard earned money in here.

ActiveMenus cuts out the the new normal of paying 40% more in “service fees, convenience fees and ridiculous markups, for simply ordering online through almost any food app. The process was seamless and the food was excellent.

The casher woman was so rude when my credit card didn't work a few times. Why the customer has to be treated like that? I definitely use other stores!!

No Coffee flavors. Every time we go into this store, the urns are either empty or they just have Regular,Decaf, and hazelnut. I find myself now skipping this store and going 3-4 miles in either direction for aDifferent 7/11. My kids also are constantly telling me the slurpy machines are either out of order or just liquid. Come on people most of you're business is Coffee/slurpees etc. Get it right already!!!I want too frequent your establishment but you never have anything in :(

Cream cheese bagel had mold in it. Cashier was reluctant to refund my money and wouldn’t remove the remaining bagels from the display. So beware. You could be eating moldy bagels like I did and even worse it appears they don’t care.
