Had our estimate canceled and rescheduled on us three times. We rearranged our schedules each time to make sure we were home. The third time, they didn't even call in advance to let us know they weren't going to make it. We will try somewhere else.

I can't say enough how satisfied we are with the carpet express team and how professional they were in handling a defective remnant that was installed. Without any haggling they allowed us to pick any remnant regardless of the size, cost and installed it immediately. I highly recommend them and will use them for our next flooring project.

Very disappointed!! They showed up 2 hours late, the install guys smelled of smoke which made our house smell like smoke and then one guy left to do another job which left one guy here when we were promised 3
Would never use again and would not recommend!
