HORRIBLE customer service. Jill never calls you back as she promises. Pathetic Horror! Speak to others similar nonsense! Supposedly the one OLD guy ("CRAZY) Eddie type CRAZY commercials you see from decade+ ago can only approve jewelry sales etc and horrors like Jill never allow the connection to be made to meet with this character! Unreal! Long story short. Gateway Jewelry Exchange 499 Sunrise Hwy, Patchogue, NY 11772 with many professional jewelry companies all in one place there easily give you estimates and will buy most anything for a great price as well as have excellent prices on rings, watches, necklaces, bracelets etc. They also do repairs on everything. There are many others if you search on the WWW all around who answers calls and make the connection unlike these horrors! These horrors have other locations on Long Island I will avoid as well. I would not go to any of them even if they were the last place on earth! Wonder if the reviews on here are written by them or their friends! LOL!
