Not a bad store, friendly staff, they have been adding a lot of new items now. They got a whole new 3,4,5$ section now in the aisles and the freezer sections.

Very well stocked and organized, but the manager needs to man the registers. At 9:30 today, ten people were waiting on line while the cashier took an inordinately long time to ring up a customer. Meanwhile, the manager and at least 3 other employees were standing by sampling a box of candies and rating them. Then they all went to different parts of the store. After a few minutes of grumbling and comments from the line, the manager finally called back a cashier to open. This store used to be so quick, but it seems like there's always one cashier (God gelp us when balloons have to be inflates) until a ridiculously long line forms. Many just walk out. Getting frustrating.

the maybe understaffed store does an amazing job of picking up the slack. No waits, help when we needed and service with a smile. Tons of knick-knacks! Amazing variety of junk food :P

The employees at the store are so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and you can always find what you’re looking for. I’m 99% of the customers that come in there are pretty cool

I love love love dollar tree!!!!! Today the BS that took place was unacceptable. Rocky point NY dollar tree the assistant manager would not help the women ring anyone up. The line was all the way down the aisle and the assistant manager said she couldn't help ring up. This has happened numerous occasions with this same assistant manager.maSomething

Managers treat the cashiers horribly in this establishment. On 3/16, the manager was too busy closing out registers at 8pm (closes at 10) and 'facing' the store. Ignoring the fact that there is a huge line. Leaving this poor cashier to do all the work herself (the true mvp).
