Terrible, I went to check out and haven't been here in over a year and I asked if there was self checkout and some girl said, very very rudely, it's right there. No one wants an attitude from a checkout person. Bring on the AI and robots.

This store is very nice and well kept, came here for the good customer service and they had cashiers. always have great stock, good selection. Always have the discontinued storage cases. Loved these cases now the only one to carry them. Good price on items as well. 2 stars due to now they have put in self check outs as I switched the store closer to me because they didn't have this self check out bs. Now they do so no point in making a longer trip out. Sry not sry

As expected. Not a lot of low stock noticable so either they are well stocked or good at hiding it. I've run into trouble finding specific colors in certain types of yarns but they keep up with their inventory online so I can usually tell before I go if it's low and can pick my alternative Michael's location (which is not as nice and not as well stocked but somehow they have the yarn ??)
