I’ve been a member of Orange Theory for some time. How I loved it! I had to cancel for medical reasons, or tried to. The staff at Rocky Point were REFUSING to cancel my membership which I pay nearly $200 a month for until they got a Doctor’s note. I found it very inappropriate that a gym I pay a membership fee to asked for a note from my private physician. It really It came to a point where I felt like they were accusing me of being a liar. I finally decided to pay another months membership fee just so I don’t have to deal with anymore back and forth from Studio Staff. I’m extremely saddened my relationship with OTF had to end like this. I do highly recommend Orange Theory to friends and family though! Just try the Patchogue or East Northport studios.

I have had a wonderful experience so far. I’ve been to one other studio and despite being new it was run the same exact way. The staff are all very knowledgeable and so friendly and nice. They are supportive and very helpful during all aspects of the workouts. I highly recommend anyone to try it out.

After stopping OTF two years ago due to the pandemic, it feels so good to be back at it. Looking forward to getting back into the best shape of my life. If you haven’t joined OTF yet, what are you really doing? Absolutely love this place and will always recommend to people.

Excellent staff and beautiful studio. This location is by far the cleanest and friendliest of the locations out East on Long Island. The coaches are all wonderful but Coach Tiana has a special way about her that makes you want to max out your workout. She is always pushing you to be your best and sees the potential in all of her clients. A special thank you to her for all she does to make each class feel personal. I wish this new location lots of success, it is a much needed resource for the community.

Great workouts and high energy! The classes are different every time, so you never get bored. All you have to do is show up and get moving. The hour flies by, and I can’t wait to see my progress in 3 months, 6 months, or a year from now. You don’t have to be a gym rat to join. The coaches are very friendly, demonstrate the exercises, and are happy to answer questions. I highly recommend. I’m having a great time!

Though the initial sign up was a breeze. The classes definitely are filled with a great workout, the music on the other hand is a mood killer and doesn’t help the momentum of the work out itself. I choose to switch to a different location for that reason. Unfortunately due to reasons I had to cancel my membership and oh! has that process been a headache with the call backs, the manager not being available, the misinformation from employees. The list goes on. I’m still dealing with trying to cancel my membership for over a month now. If the owner of the Rocky Point Location please contact me so this issue may be resolved

Great classes but beware of predatory billing practices. When you cancel there is a 30-day window, so if you just got charged and decide to cancel you will be charged again.
