The full range of standard postal services is covered -- Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, certified mail, money orders, stamps, packaging supplies, and passport services -- and the layout makes it easy to navigate without feeling overwhelmed. Wait times are manageable and the pace of the operation does not feel rushed or chaotic. Parking is available on site, which removes one of the usual headaches of a postal errand entirely. By any reasonable standard for a government postal facility in New York State, this branch is doing things right. Nothing flashy, nothing extraordinary -- just a post office that works the way a post office should. That is more than enough to earn a recommendation.”

“I wish I got the name of the woman that just helped me, she works the afternoon shift during the week. She is a shining example of customer service and professionalism, in a world where it is becoming hard to find. Not only is she always super friendly and welcoming, she's usually running the place by herself more efficiently than offices that are fully staffed run. Just now I stopped in quick on my break as there was a customer online with a big order in front of me. Instead of making me wait, she snuck me in while the customer was looking up something on their phone to get me in and out. Simple things like that show that not only is she aware of the situation but she's going above and beyond to help make everyone's experience great. And I truly appreciate that.”
“I have moved homes a few times in my life, but have never found a post office as pleasant and convenient as the manorville one. The employees really do an amazing job. They are always so friendly to everyone who walks in the door and take care of me when I come in with lots of orders to mail for my small business (opening doors for me, helping me move packages along quickly). The service is always beyond excellent here, and I trust them with my packages!”

“Christina is FANTASTIC!! Great experience as a buyer and now as a seller. As a customer I found Long Island Treasures to be very professional, pleasant and accommodating. Auction listings were detailed and accurate. I encountered a friendly, swift pick up on the goods I won. Additionally I called Christina recently when an estate sale was needed for my mother-in-law’s condo . It was no surprise the auction from beginning to end was flawless. They even negotiated and sold items in a closet I forgot to show them to include in the catalog the day of the pickup. As expected , much of the old heavy furniture was not bid on or wanted for free during the pickup. So LI Treasures cleared it all out within a week. Just like my buying experience, the selling experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for whatever needs you have.”

“I don’t think it’s fair that no one has ever taken the time to review the counter service at our local Post Office. I am there on a regular basis, as I run on online yarn business. I am always met with polite, professional, service! Even during the stressful holiday period. We live in a time when everyone is quick to complain. I want the Post Master to know that I never see sending my packages as a chore, and that’s because of the staff working there. Kudos??!”

“I am writing a review simply because this is a post office and many reviews are missing the mark. This location is great, Chris and Michael are very polite and courteous! Sometimes there is a line, which is inevitable, also it stinks to have to wait a while to buy a book of stamps but I’ve adjusted and typically buy 2-3 of them at a time.
The space is always clean, they have plenty of other items in stock and my mail has never suffered delays or being lost! Again, it’s a post office, given the major macro changes in their governing bodies, perhaps any complaints should be sent there as they may help the staff who are dealing with much uncertainty.”
