About a year ago, I brought my car to Rapid Auto Repair in Rocky Point, for what turned out to be a single faulty coil. I was charged $422 for the replacement, which I later learned was far above the reasonable cost for that type of repair. I left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.
As a customer, I expect honesty and fairness. Definitely not inflated prices, especially for such a simple fix. It’s disheartening to feel that I may have been overcharged simply because I came in alone as a woman. I truly hope the business reevaluates its pricing practices and commitment to treating all customers with transparency and respect.

Had a great experience at rapid. Needed a diesel inspection and brakes.Did both at a fair price. Professional and timely. Will definitely be going back. If you are looking for automotive work, don't hesitate.

Rapid Auto is the absolute BEST!! I needed a State Inspection quickly and they helped me right away even without an appointment. Will definitely go back because it's so hard to find auto mechanics that you can trust to do what they say and say what they do. If you need a State Inspection I highly recommend that you go there, just be sure to get there before 0830!!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I was passing along Rapid Auto and heard this huge guy who looked like he might be the owner curse out a young woman who must have been 5 feet tall about 95 pounds and screaming from the top of his lungs. Then I heard her say you shouldn't tell me go F myself I happen to be a cop. I heard for myself the owner say he didn't give an F and to go F yourself....We'll I have a lot of clout in this town and this dude is not going to get away with It. He clearly has an issue with woman. I have a wife and 4 daughters. I will be investigating this bully's business and will make sure his business is smeared all over Suffolk Country!!!
