⚡Lisa - Their Awesome! Rocky Pt. Post Office. Superb Customer Service 10⭐. So, the message said the package was delivered. But I didn't receive the package. So I called up The P.O. main headquarters.They said my local P.O. will get back to me in 2-3 days. THEN, 30 minutes later I got a call. It was Rocky Point Post Office, The Supervisor, Tracy? She got my details about the package and said, "We will track it down, don't worry. I will call you tomorrow." I said ok. Then tomorrow Came. I answered the call, it was Post Office Supervisor Tracy. She said your package should be at your door. I went to the Front door AND Low and BEHOLD aaaahhhh the Package was right at my Front Door.?? I was So HAPPY! It was like magic. I didn't even hear them arrive.I needed that package so bad, too? OMG! What Fantastic Service✨ Best Service I have ever seen! Way to be! Rocky Point Post Office!!!? Hey Everyone, Postman Joe Retired. He was Awesome! Good Luck and Fair well Joe. We'll miss You, immensely ?I thought his terrific service, was a one off. But No, AWESOME is the Quality Standard there at the Rocky Point Post Office. Apparently this US post office runs 1 minute faster then the rest of the world. I showed up at 4:59 and I was told "Our scanners say it's 5:00" so they're closed. I find it hard to believe that an iPhone that is automatically synced to the time is inaccurate and yet the "scanner" has the accurate reading? Comical at best.

Friendliest, and most efficient. I've known Joe for decades. He really goes above and beyond. In fact everyone that's works here is quick, courteous, and awesome.

I opened up a PO Box here with cash. Paid for a year, got my change back with a receipt of course and two keys. A week later they try to convince me I did not pay and that I needed to show my receipt because my transaction wasn't in the system, or pay again Obviously the lady pocketed the $100 bill and got away with it, how can a US Postal service be so shady is beyond me
