“I called as a new patient appointment and needed to be seen the same day. My puppy was in the ER Vet over the weekend and still wasn’t doing good. I don’t know the receptionist name but she was so kind and compassionate on the phone and got me in within the hour. The Dr and nurse Stephanie were soooo amazing and Dr went and listened to me tell him what was going on. He immediately had a game plan and she was medicated and I was sent home with medication as well. We are now making this our new vet. Each and every person we came in contact with was just wonderful. They understood the situation and we were treated with such compassion and kindness. I highly recommend them.”

“I recently was in a tough situation where my vet was unable to see my dog Riley for some unexpected bleeding. The last thing I wanted to do was go to an emergency room, so I tried calling Miller Place Animal Hospital to see if they could get me in - as a new patient, without an appointment. Dr. Hirsch and his staff were so accommodating, taking me in same day (on a Saturday no less), and helping to ensure that my dog was seen and cared for right away. It’s not often that I review a doctor’s office, but in this case, it was so well deserved, that I’d be doing them an injustice if I didn’t socialize it!
If you are looking for a new vet for your pet, I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. Hirsch and all the staff at Miller Place Animal Hospital…you won’t regret it!”

Dr.KraneBurg Her bedside manner from my sweet kitty was extraordinary. We did some testing and found out that my poor baby had stones in his bladder. She sent me on my way with amoxicillin and some pain medication. Three days later Leah was like a brand new person. Extra cuddly, extra affectionate and smiling from ear to ear She is such a kind, gentle soul and Madison at the front desk was a sweetheart as well. I look forward to bringing Leo back to see all of his new friends as he loved them and they loved him.”

“I just wanted to say how amazing the girls at the front desk, the staff, and Dr. Khan were. This was my first time coming here and everyone was genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in.
I originally went to the East Setauket animal hospital for my cat’s extractions but wanted a second opinion, so I tried this place since it’s close to my house and I’m honestly so glad I did. Dr. Khan really goes above and beyond for your pet. I actually felt comfortable leaving my cat with her. Before the surgery she took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease.
After the procedure they went over how recovery would go, gave me the cutest bag with my cat’s name on it, and called the next day to check on him. That alone showed me how much they genuinely care.
I’m really happy I found this place , definitely my forever vet from now on!!”
