“Thank you!! Chloe is 4 yrs old 8 lbs, went in for a spay and a baby tooth removal and tar removal. We dropped her off at 8 am and picked her up at 4 pm. $425 total!! Amazing and unbeatable price. She’s doing great now. She wasn’t provided a cone but we got meds for 3 days. Totally recommend.”

“Just wanted to share this my dog Elvis was coughing and we took him to Dr Gibbons he exam him and gave him medicine he wasn’t getting better but heard from the Doctor everyday to see how Elvis was doing so we went back in to see him did another work up on him and gave him stringer medicine over the weekend unfortunately Elvis still was coughing call the doctor in the morning and he told us to go to riverhead animal hospital. Dr Gibbons never gave up on are Elvis went to riverhead did x-ray and found nothing gave us stronger steroids and cough medicine. I will always be thankful to DrGinbons for never giving up on are Elvis thank you Dr. Gibbons for be so caring and especially patient with us ???”

“Amazing, a very efficient and caring vet. The front staff and doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. My wobbly cat Saki needed her teeth removed, and I was really nervous since she is a runt as well (tiny and weak). Before the surgery they came out and explained the whole process and even showed me the paperwork detailing the pricing. The surgery went smoothly and she is doing well. Not only that, my other cat needed his teeth removed about 2 years ago and they completed that as well, he is doing great.”

“I called as a new patient appointment and needed to be seen the same day. My puppy was in the ER Vet over the weekend and still wasn’t doing good. I don’t know the receptionist name but she was so kind and compassionate on the phone and got me in within the hour. The Dr and nurse Stephanie were soooo amazing and Dr went and listened to me tell him what was going on. He immediately had a game plan and she was medicated and I was sent home with medication as well. We are now making this our new vet. Each and every person we came in contact with was just wonderful. They understood the situation and we were treated with such compassion and kindness. I highly recommend them.”
“Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable. I treat my cat like a baby and I absolutely trust them with him, they saved his life and continue to take excellent care when we go.
After 6 years it's time for an update, I love Dr. Balbour, she is amazing, but the office leaves a little to be desired. They still make you wait outside like it's 2020 and don't examine the animal in front of you. You get to the office on time but they make you wait outside for 26 minutes (literally) only to come inside and wait for twenty minutes more, only for them to come and take your pet away from you. I dunno, I'm quickly becoming not a fan. I swear I've seen people arrive after me and go inside before me. Maybe I'm expecting too much, or maybe I should just arrive 20 minutes later in the future”
“The service I recieved today for my carpet python was second to none. Was able to get a same day appointment and Dr. Brian took his time to thoroughly exam the snake and explain everything he was seeing. Extremely reasonably priced as well. Couldn't recommend this place and their staff enough.”

“The staff was so kind and gentle towards me as I had to go through what every pet guardian fears. Throughout the entire process, the vet sat with me and spoke with me and never left my side during the euthanasia procedure. They gave me ample time to say my goodbye both before and after. This was undoubtedly the worst thing I ever had to do but the entire staff guided me through it with the patience and compassion I needed. I’ll never forget what they did for me.”
