My old watch needed to be replaced. Shirley was extremely helpful and got me a fabulous deal! She was very nice, helpful and pleasant! She offered to assist me when my new watch arrives! Love this store! Previous visits have proven other staff to be just as helpful.

Let me start this review by saying that Christian was polite , professional and helpful . Unfortunately our salesperson at the beginning was Shirley whom could use a bit of education in professionalism. I came into the store with my daughter to upgrade her phone , an easy transaction . The phone we were trading in had glass damage , I was aware of this and was not expecting much for the trade in . That being said Shirley ran the numbers and stated that we would be getting $700 from the trade towards to new phone , Great ( or so I thought ) . We left my daughter’s current phone with her and went to run some errands and it was going to take an hour to transfer all of the info from one device to the other . Upon returning Shirley informed me that we were getting $350 for the trade , I advised her that one hour prior she had told me is was $700 . Rather than apologizing for the miscommunication she continued to argue with me to the point that she became sarcastic . Now mind you I was getting the new phone no matter what the trade value was , i didn’t expect much when we walked in. The point is that rather than apologizing for her mistake she became argumentative. Christian then stepped in apologized on her behalf and continued the transaction smoothly and helped my daughter get all of her apps working again .

Worst customer service!!! You pay for insurance etc and they give you a pamphlet w a number to call. You call the number they say go online, you go online and they say go to the store.. Full Circle!! The store now states go to the manufacturer directly.. REALLY?! Don't help your customer that has been w you for over 20yrs.. unbelievable!

Be aware! I attempted to replace/upgrade my phone. This store wanted $500 and some change to upgrade. No thank you. Called AT&T direct and not only did I not have to pay ANYTHING to upgrade, they saved me money by lowering my overall bill. Do not get ripped off by this store!!!

I would like to give a compliment to Christian Garcia and AT&T sales representative. He is an excellent representative. He is an excellent representative, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He made myself experience and enjoyable and very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

To be honest not too impressed really used to recommend these guys now there slow and lied to me about the price of my phone and watch was told my bill would go up $13.00 it went up $24.00 it isn't much but they lied to me about the price and you only get 14 days to return the product so by the time you see it it's too late to return the product

I don’t post reviews often but I had a great experience today. Went in to buy a new phone and the service was amazing. The female who greeted me was super amazing and did a great job helping me and answering all my questions. Brian was very helpful as well and went above and beyond. Appreciate the help.

Long story short Rome AT&T was quick to solve a few issues that New Hartford AT&T wouldn’t and couldn’t take care of for me. Brian is very knowledgeable and got all my issues resolved in about 10 minutes. This will be my go to store from now on. Thank you!!

My phone crashed when I downloaded the new OS...brought it here, I was so glad I did....these folks are knowledgeable, easy going, friendly, very honest, and highly skilled. I left with a new phone with all the paperwork filled out. They made it easy and pleasant. My day was saved!

This was an amazing experience! Christian was very helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me get a new phone without trading in my old one. I had wanted to switch from t-mobile but had no idea what deals ATT had. I had an iPhone 12 pro max but didn’t want to trade it. My nefew uses my 12 now and I have the 14 pro. This was relaxed store vibe with professionalism everywhere. Stop here if you need a new phone. The service has been reliable since switching, no issues!
