I spent two days trying to call the contact at Americu to find out what the rate and term of the approved loan was. Gave up and went to First source who had the process finished in less than 5 hoursUpdate: I received a call back and an explanation for the disconnect that I found to satisfactory. I real appreciate the call back despite not ultimately doing business with this institution. Shows real class and character and that they don't see people as just numbers. So I have updated my rating for this credit union”
