Do not recommend. Will be changing banks asap. The open hours are so inconvenient for anyone who works during the week.

Antiquated and very poor service. They never answer phones, tellers are incredibly rude, always high effort to achieve resolutions, frequent incorrect information from alleged "leaders", etc. ATM's seem to have frequent issues! Cant ever get cash because of intermittent issues. ANSWER the phone! The only reason I havent canceled my accounts is because they are close by and have the most ATM's in Rome, but moot point if the ATM's aren't always functioning! Was given a run around a few years ago regarding an issue with my minor child, whom they insisted they couldnt assist me with. after explaining to them multiple times how LAWS work, wasted hours of my time, only for them to offer me an apology because they were indeed incorrect and presumably ignorant to basic banking laws concerning minors!

Most Exciting Bank in America? Odd definition of Exciting, unless you get excited never knowing if the ATM are working, or if the tellers will assist you. It can be Exciting to see all of the service fees. I suggest they relogo to "the most frustrating bank in America"

Very helpful staff had problems with my card and the lady (office is on left side right after you enter branch) did not let me leave office until my problem was resolved. Thank you.

Left this bank a little while ago because my account was hacked and they refused to help me cancel any of the overdraft fees. The office implied that i had subscribed to a service and had forgot, even with proof the business was out of US and obviously fake. Been with this bank my whole life and once they switched from rome savings the bank went down hill. Never had overdraft fees before and have not since switching to a better business.

All around Absolute worst bank on planet earth! I've driven 15 extra minutes each week and will continue to do so, just to not go into this place! Other Berkshire locations are not as terrible but I wouldn't recommend them as a bank for anyone.

I was trying to get paperwork notarized. I sat there for 45 minutes, know one talked to me nothing. I'm not sure if they even knew I was there. Supervisors looked like they were just sitting in the office talking. Maybe it was a customer they were with. Looked more like employees though. It was pretty simple. My bank should be able to take care of these things. I had to leave and go to UPS. They notarized it, in less then 2 minutes. The worker in berkshires office walked out several times didnt even acknowledge me. I did ask questions and let someone know I was there. I understand there busy from time to time. But I expect my bank to be able to handle small things like this.
