After I thought my sister would never get her arrangement because it got lost at her place of business, the manager brought a fresh one to her house personally. I cant thank her enough! What incredible customer service! I wish more places went above and beyond like you did!

Order 2 items for delivery today for my wife's birthday. A fruit tray and flowers, cost 102 dollars. Had the order for delivery to her job as a suprise. She called me on her way home and never recieved anything. I go to the store in person, Charlie tells me it's in transit I ask to change the location. (No problem, I head home.) My wife decides she doesn't want it and would like a refund. We call the store and are asked to take a discount instead so the store doesn't take a loss. We agree and are told the items would arrive soon the driver was close by. (This was at 3:22) The items arrived shortly before 5pm, and found moldly grapes and dusty blueberries. As someone whom is LOCAL AND DIPS FRUITS as a business this is unacceptable and not professional.

Joe delivered an arrangement to my home this past week from my amazing team for the passing of my dad. It was beautiful, delicious and tasted amazing.. Joe was so gracious and professional. I definitely recommend them!!

Ordered a strawberry and pineapple bouquet for valentines day. Every fruit looked perfect. Nick took great care of me and went above and beyond. Only thing better than the customer service was the reaction from my girl when she tasted this amazing chocolate dipped strawberry!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION !!! I ordered white chocolate covered strawberries with pineapple doves as an add on for my mom's bday January 25th she told me they tasted weird. Next day she had diarrhea & had no appetite. You pay all this money for spoiled berries. Never again.

Paid over 100 dollars for moldy chocolate covered strawberrys,cheesecake with moldy strawberrys and a teddy bear for my girlfriend we didnt notice till after we ate a few and one was really mushy. i will never buy from here again!

Same day delivery means they will deliver it at the end of the day. Dont hold your breath. I specifically put a name to be delivered to, as the order requirement. They don't tell you they just drop orders off at Rome Hospital and pray the person its going to gets it. Delivery picture was just a shelf, no product etc. Recipient did not receive product. When I filed a dispute with my bank as everyone should do. The manager Nick complained that I just gave him a ton of paperwork and created a hassle for him. Sorry, honestly is the best policy.
