I’m a uber driver so I usually go to fastrac or Byrne diary for gas. Today I went inside fastrac for Slushi and was thinking about grabbing a sandwich before heading back on the road, instead Sonya Nestle called the cops on me to bar me. When asked why, her response was “she can bar me” Weird experience.

I was cashed out by a woman named Amanda, she was so sweet. Very attentive to the two women ahead of me, and myself. She even made small connections during each interaction. As a General Manager in food service.... this is hard to find.

I have enjoyed their Pizzas for many Years. They offer a wide variety of Pizzas or the option to create your own Pizza and the prices are reasonable. I work 2nd Shift so it's nice to be able to call in my Pizza Order before leaving work and having it ready upon arrival. The Staff are Friendly and Courteous. I'm glad that Fastrac decided to keep their Black River Boulevard location open 24 hours.

Less than one star, but Google won't let you post without a star.
Sick & tired of corporate chain stores. They're obnoxiously...everywhere. And these stores(FastTrac), charge way-to-much. Very expensive compared to the nearly extinct family-owned small business convenience stores, that these chain-companies are exterminating. Every product, is simply over-priced. Way over-priced. Which is an absolute rip-off, considering actual grocery stores charge much less than these convenience stores. And in a small city, these convenience stores have inconveniently shut-down any grocery store from staying open around-the-clock. And now, they're suffocating themselves. Too many gas stations, in a small city, makes it impossible for everyone to stay open twenty-four hours a day.
Not anymore. I will harass city council to prevent anymore convenience stores/gas stations, opening in the Copper City.
What's worse, is Fast-Trac, is next to a large low-income apartment complex. And one across the boulevard. Why these stores move into low-income neighborhoods, and charge excessive prices, must simply be the greed & carelessness of a typical limited-liability company.
No more convenience stores, Rome, New York. Especially no more chain stores. They ruin a small city's future.

I would give less stars if I could I bought a power bank here and it was broken. I went into try to return it. I didn't have the receipt but I had the time and the date that I bought it which was the day before and they got the manager over and she said because I didn't have the receipt I couldn't return it, but I know that you can go into the system and look it up and print out a receipt so she wasn't even trying to accommodate her trying to help out she was the worst manager and I heard she was new. Maybe they should think about hiring someone new cause obviously she's not doing the best job that she can.

Used to go to this location all the time before work and the staff were friendly, store was clean and there were a lot of food options to choose from. Then managers and staff completely changed. I have overheard the current manager being openly rude to staff and customers, everyone working seems miserable. I now go to the stores on Erie Blvd which are much better all around. It seems like the issue is specific to the Black River store and not all of them..

I love this place! The People that work there are nice and down to earth.. .Fountain Drinks are delicious and it's a very sanitary environment especially for a Gas station! Way to go Fastrac !!

You want some good pizza that isnt skimpy on toppings? Come here and ask for John or Erica (they usually work 3 to 11 shifts), they are amazing and did EXACTLY what I asked for! The only thing they missed and might have even been my fault is I asked for both pizzas to be party cut and 1 was but 1 was pie cut instead. I ALWAYS ask for extra cheese (and I buy pizza here alot) and it never seems that we actually get extra cheese until tonight! Very pleased!
