I like that (most of) their employees go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It's nice to be acknowledged when you go through their doors and especially so when you're waiting at the counter and they can't come help you right away. I don't mind waiting when people are busy, but it's nice to know that they have seen you and will be coming, lol It only takes a second for staff to do this, but most places do not, when it should be the first thing a retail employee is expected to do on day one.

Wonderful convenience store/food/water/coffee stop right on the Empire State Trail. The staff is friendly, clean bathrooms. The food selection is great- we had a prepared salad and hot pizza. Perfect for lunch.

Gentleman cashing me out was extremely polite, energetic, and helpful. Very rare nowadays. Clean store. Thanks for the pleasant experience. 10:45 on Wednesday for reference.

Nice big open feel in the store. Funny bathroom signs and the water for washing your hands stays warm! Whole place was clean. Lots of coffee and slushies to pick from... I was impressed.

Ordered 7 pizzas 2 hours before pick up time. 3 of them were supposed to have sliced tomatoes. There was no phone call to let us know, ask about substitutes or changes and not notified at pickup, that we weren't getting them. Called when we noticed & she was Rude! She blamed the manager on not telling her to call.... this is the 2nd time I have came into town to see family & ordered multiple pizzas & had issues. Last time we waited an extra hour and still messed up 3 pizzas. Just lost our business & Luigi's gain!

I received these pizzas and the dough is completely raw, absolutely uncooked and dangerous. I attempted to call the store to get a refund and they refused stating that since I ordered online, there was nothing they could do. I am very upset and have included a picture of the pizza and cannot believe you guys would peddle such dangerous products

I had to stop in for a drink in august, and I noticed a woman-kinda short and black haired, with a mustache mask, just bullying her coworkers. It was so awkward and the person at the counter behind the register was just holding in tears trying to tend to my purchase. They didn't even say hello back, just had sadness as the worker I think Judy, berated the workers. i've asked around and former workers say that this judy is toxic, what a shame.
