I originally wanted to have my taxes done at your Whitesboro office but they are still doing drop off service only so I drove a few more miles to your Rome office where I was able to walk in and have my taxes prepared on site and speak with the preparer. This service rates five stars with me and I will be going there again next year.

I've been going to Jackson Hewitt for years. Donna did a great job in the Rome location as usual. Professional, polite, and and walked us right threw it without any issues.
