Audra Baker is absolutely awful.Threw the loan paperwork at my mother and disabled brother. He is autistic and sometimes has a hard time with repetition, he forgot to include his middle initial on three sheets. Not abnormal, not an issue he can just scribble in his middle initial. Audra made an extremely rude comment by saying, he did this three times and he still can't remember. Then explained he is autistic and struggles with repetition. She is extremely ableist, bitter, nasty and a rude human. Karma is all I gotta say.

Don't understand the bad reviews. Most Google reviewers, are always on the prowl to post the worse of any business.Keybank employees, are very polite and helpful. Customer service is a stressful job. After all, they gotta deal with various characters, on a daily basis. Even with technology, it takes time to handle transactions of multiple customers. Most people are just impatient, whatever business they are in. And it's quite..."Shocking," how people translate words to being...inappropriate. Those customers are quite simply...Snowflakes.I've been a customer for two years. Have had zero issues with Keybank. If ya find a better financial institution...good-for-you.

Would not recommend at all. I opened a new checking account, based on an incentive marketing brochure that was mailed to me. I drove there in person, made my first deposit of $500.00, (as the flyer in the mail stated there was a $400 incentive after 60 days, with balance of $500.Subsequently, I received a phone call from a very bubbly local branch female agent, welcoming me to the Bank, who acknowledged this promotion and congratulated me. During this call, I confirmed my understanding of said promotion, and was assured that the $500 in my account would qualify me in the timeframe, as long as balance remained. As such, expectations were set on this call, and there was never any mention of additional requirements. Upon checking my acct today, I notice the incentive was never applied. So I called their service ph# in their APP, spoke to an offshore agent, only to be told that I was not qualified as the deposit had to be directly from an employer, SS, etc. Apparently, there is fine print/disclaimers, but, when a local agent calls me to specifically acknowledge this "special promotion", WELCOMES me, and discusses with me, I feel there should be some accountability and ownership. Zero integrity. I was not given correct information on this call. Then, to make matters worse, I tried to call my local branch, & learned nobody was available during business hours to take my call! I had to leave a VM? What kind of a bank operates in this manner? If I cant speak to a person during business hours, how can I trust my assets to be managed by them? I will be closing my account and walking if this is not remedied in an amicable manner. This is deceptive and very poor service. I have 3 other financial institutions that treat me fairly, and I do not appreciate having my time wasted.

I miss my regular girl Breana (blonde girl with glasses) that used to work there she was always very nice to me. There's this one girl that works there I really don't care for and she comes off really rude and I don't know girl's name cause she never has her name tag in view on the counter when I'm in the drive thru all I know is she has brown hair and looks like she's in her 30's (it's not the skinny girl upfront with the brown hair and glasses that's been working there a long time she's nice). Maybe I'll ask her name next time since she never puts it up in the window and I'll come back and edit this! I might move to First Source down the road anyways!

Audra is a very offensive staff member. I witnessed her be racist and misogynistic with the very same customer. Extremely disappoint in this bank. Not friendly and not helpful. They seem like they enjoy not being helpful.

Worst possible bank in town to do business with. You’re better off going to a more reputable chain with proper customer service. Will be closing personal and business accounts I hold here, wish I could give them zero stars.
