Went to get powder dip, as I sat with the foils on my fingers the mother came over threw the color book at me and walked away. When she came back I said I wanted DARK GREY. She rushed so bad she grabbed the COMPLETE WRONG COLOR….. DARK RED. I said the red is nice but I asked for DARK GREY. She never took the red off my nails, (even though the daughter said she would) and they still charged me full price. Place is a complete JOKE and ALL THEY DO IS RUSH.

Everything is so dirty and unsanitary..
prices are actually a scam.. they don’t ask you shit about anything they just assume you want something and then charge the shit out of you for it..
such a wired energy from staff.. they speed up and skip steps in your service… I’m there to enjoy a nice massage and pedicure not get cold water and getting rushed out.. even though it was empty ….

If I could leave 0 stars I would. She cut my fingers all up, my nails are lumpy with holes in the gel dip, when she was filing I told her she was hurting me and she continued to aggressively file, and I left with nail polish all over my hands. They told me the nails would cost $30 but by the end it was $45..Don't waste your money here.

Went in with my sisters to get our nails done made an appointment and weren’t even sat until 40 minutes after and we kept getting bounced from tech to tech. Every single one of us had a problem with our nails. Even with showing them pictures my one sisters shape wasn’t correct she wanted coffin like the pictures instead they gave her duck nails and the polish on her nails were bubbly and looked like they had dirt in them and she walked out crying, my other sisters design was not correct at all and they cut her to the point she bled which she did take a picture of, they used the wrong color on my nails, didn’t shape them properly to the point they are crooked, and the decal on my nail has fallen off not even 24 hours after even with the obscene amount of glue the tech put on my nails to the point the decal was raised and the glue spilled over making parts of the nail look bumpy. I’d also like to highlight that when I asked the stylist to go shorter with my nails as I have a baby at home she was very impolite and rude. We used to love coming here but after this experience it’s time to find a new salon no way am I driving 30 minutes away and paying 200$ for nails that look like they were done by a toddler if I could give negative stars I would because our experience was AWFUL. I have no idea how they have their licenses because they don’t even know how to do a simple French tip. If you are thinking about going to this place I’d highly suggest you didn’t.

My daughter had Christmas nails done here. They did colored tips and drew a gift and snowflake. I've never seen more beautiful nail artistry before. It's absolutely the best manicure I've ever seen.

They took me right in. My normal place was closed today, and I needed my nails done/repaired. I'm not a fan at all!! My nails look horrible, and I can't wait to have my girl do them. I will wait it out for 2 weeks, but I seriously hope 2 weeks goes by fast.

Used to go to this place all the time..I feel like they just ripped me off with how much they charge. I had called earlier today around 12:25 asking to make an appointment to fix a nail that had popped off, which has happened with the last 3 sets of nails they have done for me, I went in and sat down for a good 10 minutes waiting for my appointment. Next thing I know was that The girl told me I had to come back at 6:30 pm when there was supposed to be severe thunderstorms and possibly tornadoes. I am very upset and will not be coming back.
