Unexpectedly had to stop to get four tires and an oil change while out of town from PA…. We stopped there a half hour before close, hoping they would help and the manager, as well as his team, were amazing! They were friendly, accommodating, quick, diligent and even offered a discount! Would highly recommend!!

The men operating the Rome, NY store are professional in every aspect. Couldn't ask for better service or prices. The work needed was explained fully and priced out beforehand. Nothing was left to the imagination. One serviceman,Kyle, went above and beyond. Kudos to the entire team.

Blew a tire on the boulevard and called last minute and Rick was able to get all 4 tires put on immediately and fast and offered a great price on the tires, id recommend anyone to come here

Literally the best crew out there they do soo good by the customers and they take care of you the right way and get you the best discount I’m a female who doesn’t know much about cars but mavis always takes such good care of me thank you soo much guys I won’t take my car anywhere else !!!!

Definitely the place to go when you need something taken care of in Rome, and can’t do it yourself. They’re all extremely helpful, and Cameron (assistant manager) made sure everything on my car was in great shape. I highly recommend going to this place for anything you might need.
