Rude, unprofessional mechanics that do not do good work. Go anywhere else. Rome to Oneida. They play games. I don’t have time for any of that. Do you?
The entire Monroe establishment has unfortunately tumbled down hill entirely they charge exorbitant $$$ and labor. Even Walmart does a better job. Take my advice, go elsewhere, and thank me later.

Took my car there for a front end alignment. They told me it didn’t need a front end alignment and they didn’t charge me anything. Great place and very nice people working there. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

I made an appointment to have a NYS inspection and oil change. I had a bad front tie rod and my rear sway bar link was broke in half, both which should have been covered by my extended warranty. They were on the phone forever with them and my extended warranty company would only pay 129.00. They completed my oil change March 17th, however, they could not fix the repairs for my inspection due to not one auto parts store in the area having them in stock. I had to return on the 18th to have the repairs completed to get my inspection which was due by the end of the month. The guys at Monroe located at shop #395 were kind, honest and very understanding at my frustrations living on a limited budget. I would go back again and again. Great team!

What a joke this place is .. you would think the person booking the appointment would let the person know if they have a plow on it it won't fit in the garage!!! Thanks for wasting my time and gas .... and schedule me a few days out ... waste of f time . Zero stars from me .

The older gentleman was very on it took care of me right away as I was a walking the younger gentleman and knew exactly what was wrong with my tire and the lady at the desk was very very helpful and very nice
