On New Year’s Eve day, I remembered my vehicle inspection was expiring. I called my local, Monroe Muffler and the service manager Cody Costello made the time for the inspection to happen.I also use Monroe for oil changes. The staff is pleasant and friendly, and the work is always done well.

Mr. Potter, the Manager was very professional and helpful in getting me in to get my truck oil changed. Very positive attitude and friendly. The technician was also very friendly and professional. Great attitudes, Great Service, Great Everything.

The manager Mr. Potter was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and even checked local parts stores for the best pricing. He did not pressure me into a decision.

I went in for an alignment. They said I had a bunch of problems with my car. Gave me a quote of $1457 for it to be fixed. Took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and I had 1 bad passenger outer tie rod, that's it. Seems that the workers make $ off commission and would rather make a extra couple dollars than do the right thing.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of my tires seems to be leaking since the visit. One of the issues we addressed was the inability to air up the tires due to the caps being on too tight. We advised the employees of this, and while I'm sure they took care, one of the stems seems to have been damaged, resulting in a slow leak. Not the end of the world, but disappointing considering we specifically brought the truck here because it is a tire joint. The employees were very polite and professional and deserve kudos overall.

Charged me 145$$$ to look at my vehicle. Told me I had a bad heater core when all it was was a bad heater hose! I’m done with these scam shops.

Failed inspection because my tail light was “too dim” the bulb was replaced and legal.They called me in because I didn’t believe them. Low and behold it works fine just dull in the bright sun. Picture from the night before, that look out too you? Don’t trust them.

I had an appointment for 10 am for an inspection. Shortly after my arrival, there were paving people in the parking area. After about 45 minutes, I was told my car needed back brakes and was shown the problem. I asked how much longer for this to be done because the car "would not pass inspection" without this work which was very expensive and my car had not been malfunctioning. I went to the nearby Walmart to hang out and shop. I did not receive a call, but returned to the shop and my car was still up on the lift! Paving people were working and many customers (including myself ) were nervous that our cars were not able to be brought out of the bays!! This type of work should NOT be done during business hours!! The workers were stressing out trying to get vehicles out of the bays. Corporate really screwed up on this one! Is it more important to pave the parking area or service your customers?
