“Great selection of cat food, treats, and litter. There could be a better selection of cat toys, but the branch in New Hartford has a bigger selection. This is not reflective of the staff or the overall experience, so it is not worth losing any rating. Can't comment on the dog side of things, but given that it spans 3-4 aisles, I have to assume it's good.”

“Very cordial staff. They bring the dogs or cats to you, so that you can have some alone time with them. The thing I love the best about this humane society is, it's a no kill shelter. We did not get a dog this time, because it was just too big for our home.. We will keep on looking..❤️”
