“Went to the new Rome Hannaford, place is big, fresh vegetables, even when it's busy you can't tell so much room in the store. I like the self checkout area.”

“I really like this store. Meat and seafood is high quality. Only gave a 4 because haddock was buy 1 get one. It rang up as $16 plus for one 1 but it clearly said $8 plus per pound. It was a 16oz package. I couldn't get the employees to understand that it was charging double the price. I finally gave up because I couldn't fix stupidity. Other then employee with no common sense i like the store”

“I always go to Walgreens when I need a Photo done. I know not many people get photos these days with everything being digital and oh just pull it up on your phone. But there is still something to be had of having a picture in a frame you display in your home for all to see.”

“I usually never have any issues getting what I need from this location. But shopping during a major renovation has been a disaster and I'd rather visit the Commercial Drive location until the renovations are complete. Food items are continuously out of stock. It's almost like the vendors stopped showing up to stock the shelves. I will not be doing my holiday shopping there (unless the renovations are finished)”

“I like shopping walgreens and saving with my card helps alot and not so hard to find things or drop off film and pick up photos for a good price. Customer service is mostly good.”

“This was suppose to be RED writing and border to match the red on the decal. The picture isn't centered and the cake taste and texture was like a dry sponge. Worst cake I've ever had in my entire life! That wanna be baker who's also either color blind or illiterate should be fired! And refunding my $31 for this cake isn't eggnog compensation for ruining a birthday either. I'm sure ya'll just lost lotsss of business.”

“I've been going to Rite Aid stores for years. Two of the stores that I shopped at closed or were taken over by Walgreens. When the Rite Aid store that I shopped at was replaced by Walgreens, the Walgreens pharmacy did not seem to have my medications in stock, so my wife and I started going to the last remaining Rite Aid store in Rome, NY. The store is always neat and clean, and the staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I have heard that Rite Aid is planning to close more of its locations in the United States, and I dread what we will do if the Rite Aid store in Rome were to close.”

“Went as I always do my photo printing from there. There about the last of the places you can get photos printed. They do a really good job and they have so many options for items with your photo added to it. You can order through their app,or at the store with their kiosk machine.”

“When I visited my 94 year old mom I used their drive thru covid testing 2 different times. Wanted to make sure I hadn't been exposed flying on an airplane. Both times there was no waiting, the process was quick and efficient, and I am thankful for their help in protecting my mom.”
