Not once, not twice— but three times my husband and I were conveniently shorted by about 3-4 days on our methylphenidate prescriptions, aka a controlled substance. Since I don’t have proof I can’t say anything without looking like a junkie, so of course nothing can be done. Count your meds before you leave this pharmacy, do not trust them to have “counted correctly.”

Was given a paper prescription, brought it to my pharmacy where I'm established and fill my routine meds. My doctor didn't fill out the entire name/address on the paper, just the med. Got denied my meds and told to contact my physician, no attempt to help me whatsoever. I walked out to my car, filled in my name/address, took it to the Walgreens down the street and got my antibiotics. Maybe consider assisting your customers.

If I could give a negative star right now I would! This place has went down the toilet completely over the last year……ALWAYS a song and a dance to get meds anymore!

I have never had any problems with the pharmacy! I find all the employees to be nice, kind and very helpful. My meds are always ready when they text me to come pick them up and I never have had to wait for them but a few hours after they are due.

This is the only pharmacy I know that will send you a reminder text that your prescription is ready and then when you go to pick it up, not only is it not ready but needs to be ordered. Too much disorganization and miscommunication for my liking.

Loved Empire Drugs when it was its own store. Dislike that they moved inside Chopper! Lines always long, you always have to go into middle of the store & it takes longer to walk to, wait, etc. Super inconvenient, especially when you are sick or deal with health/mobility issues. Needs a drive through. At old location they could at least meet you outside with your scripts if you were sick or in hurry. Now you gotta drag yourself into supermarket. I’ll eventually switch due to this change. Some clerks are friendly and I’m known so it’s sad to have to switch but I dislike the new changes.

I have been a loyal Price Chopper customer since they came to Rome Ny. I taught cooking for over 22 years and did 90% of all my shopping for my classes at price chopper. Having said this, their website it not easy to navigate. And, try to download an coupon...they have told me every week for the last couple of months that my email doesn't match my password. And when i try to change the password, they continue to tell me that my email is invalid even when after they just sent me a verification code to that same incorrect email! Absurd. When i called just now, the representative has no idea why I can't access my account and told me to shut down the site and come back tomorrow. Doubtful!!! Hannaford just opened a great store nearby. AND i can access my account using my phone number. Every coupon automatically goes on my phone number... I dont have to go online or clip a thing...how great is that? Care to guess where I'll be shopping?

Move the pharmacy back across the street, it is horrible now. You closed up the meat cutters windows so if you need something from the meat counter, how do you contact them???? I called the pharmacy twice, phone rang at least 30 times then got hung up on, Had to drive there to find out my prescription wasn't there

Get rid of some of the employees. The bakery in particular has drug addicts that smoke in the cooler and another one that sleeps with half the store.

This was suppose to be RED writing and border to match the red on the decal. The picture isn't centered and the cake taste and texture was like a dry sponge. Worst cake I've ever had in my entire life! That wanna be baker who's also either color blind or illiterate should be fired! And refunding my $31 for this cake isn't eggnog compensation for ruining a birthday either. I'm sure ya'll just lost lotsss of business.

So ordered a pizza with meatballs/peppers. As you can see hardly any meatball at all and definitely no peppers!!! Let’s not forget a little crispy
