They have a great sales team there. They work fast to get your purchases through and they answer all your questions that you have quick and pretty swiftly. I'm really happy with all their service they provide and I definitely would recommend them to all my friends and family members. Keep up the good work. I got my car and everything was ok, except the loan process was frustrating. Communication issues between me, the bank, and Rome pre owned was a bit irritating. Car drove fine for a few months but now has no oil in it at all for some reason. I have to spend money to get it looked at and fixed now on top of my monthly payment. I’m at my limit. Whatever. Not pleased. I wish I could have had luck like the other reviewers. I’m kind of jealous.

Really nice people to deal with everything is upfront,no hidden fees ,I got extended warranty so when and if it comes time to use it I'll update,recommend them very highly

Thank you ALL for EVERYTHING you did to help my daughter get into her first vehicle!
