Manager is very kind! She was very professional and knowledgeable on the products in store. I spoke with her on the phone before coming into the store and she remembered me which is very rare for any place. Store is very clean and pretty well stocked with products.

Only once at the one in Rome there was one cashier was rude. Never seen her again and never had anyone else be rude.

Very rude. Came in multiple times with the sane woman working each time and received nothing but rudeness and attitude. Someone like that should not be working the counter. Really made my experience awful at sally beauty.

I am very impressed with my visit to Sally's today. I was there at 11:51 am today. I received personalized assistance and was not rushed. The associate was helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience.

I love the customer service , the ladies there are pleasant, helpful and friendly. I only gave three stars because I have to drive to Utica Sally beauty to get some of my ethnic products. Hair extensions, Wave Nouveau , etc.

I love this beauty supply, although the hair extensions went up a lot, I now order off eBay or go elsewhere. The ladies here know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable on the hair products they sell which is a huge plus! I never had any issues with buying from this location or left confused on a product. Will continue to shop here!
