The Salvation Army of Rome, NY is a great place with a fantastic selection of cheap stuff. The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. They have a weekly church and Women's Group service and are doing so much for the community. It is a great place to spend time looking for anything you want, with lots of great finds like sweaters.

They have a weekly church and Women's Group service that is pretty awesome. They're doing so much for the community, and I'm just finding this all out!
