Use to think it was a basic smoke shop, but honestly surprised at the customer service, and knowledge behind the products they have. Also, very grateful for the honesty as well. Really made me feel good that they didnt let me buy something that wouldn't get restocked, and suggested something else that theres plenty quantity of. I really appreciate the workers and the owner. If you're new to vaping, or nervous to try, talk to these guys. They are great

Best aspect of this store are the employees, which are the only reason I would continue going there. While they may have a good selection for anything their store policy of "no returns" is terrible, especially when most of the vapes they sell are cheaply made and from China. The mark up on the prices for vape products, especially the mods and other electronics, is robbery but that is a common practice in many vape stores. Have had many vape mods break randomly or begin having problems before breaking withing a month. Even has one not working within the store, before I left.I don't reccomend Smokers Choice, at all, but with the selection and helpful employees there isn't much else.Seriously, Smokers Choice better thank the employees they have at this location because otherwise they would lose a ton of business, I guarantee it.

driving through and needed a new device. I got to the hotel and discovered that my new vape wasn't working. i was pretty frustrated, but when I was driving back I stopped in again and the staff totally took care of me. replaced the device with a working one. would definitely recommend this shop.

Completely trash vape shop. Intentionally sold my girlfriend the wrong product because they didnt have what we needed and she didnt know any better. Didnt open or use it at all, try to return it or swap it out, they refuse. All for 25 petty dollars. Best believe I'll be letting everybody in Rome know what thieves these guys are.Ha. Reading other people's reviews shows I'm not the only one these guys have scammed and then been rude to.

Got almost anything u need. Staff is really cool, the only bad thing is they dont keep a large stock of popular items so they tend to be sold out sometimes.
