Terrible experience. Zero stars if I could. Went to turn in 2 cable boxes for new xumo streaming box. Employee changed my plan to the new plan with out telling me or my authorization. I had an old plan. I called corporate and they would not do anything. Please stay away from this store so you don’t get scammed or ripped off. This is not right that they made changes to my account with out my knowledge.

Went in Thursday with the problem of my wifi coming up with no internet connection. When the girl called me up, she tried her best to fix the problem and while she’s new, she ended up having to bring it to the other workers attention. This kid looked at it and within a few minutes it was as good as new!! I left a very happy customer and just wanted to say, thank you!!These guys deserve some recognition. It’s always negative feedback, from what I see but in this case, I am extremely satisfied and cannot thank them enough.Even though I didn’t get his name, he is the guy with dark hair with green in it, and glasses. Thank you!! ?D. Prescott

Spectrum is pretty universally despised, but this location is even a bit worse. Set up new service for my son; had to negotiate on pricing and when I turned around to leave, the manager finally agreed to honor the online price. (Who knew getting home internet is a lot like buying a car?) Then they entered the wrong email address (first/last name, which they had to set up the account, yet somehow she spelled it wrong when entering email), so never rec'd any notices. Proactively went online to see if a bill was ready and realized they set up the wrong price. A chat session where the supervisor told me, "sorry, but we sent you an email with these details and there's no note on the file supporting the price quoted." (Except they didn't have the right email and they don't print any of the details out for you.) Then a phone call where a very helpful representative noted the price quoted required auto-pay, which I'm 100% OK with, but nobody at this location confirmed that, helped set those details up, and if they'd emailed me about it, I'd never know. Stay away from the store; just order everything online and you'll have actual confirmation of what you're agreeing to.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wait time can be excessive if there are several customers. Clean and well stocked store.

Always have to make extra trips to any spectrum store as some technicians cannot seem to get it right the first time.

I had an issue with my accts. It's been going on for a while. I checked my bill today and things seem to be fixed finally. After so many conversations and months. The owner responded to my last review. So idk if that helped or what. But I'm thankful for it. Also, the service in the store was good with our technician. He helped as much as he could. It's the 1800 numbers I was having a problem with to spectrums customer service. Not this particular store. I do like the store setup. It gets busy. I would recommend signing in on the store's website and getting an appointment time to speed things up.

Went in to start new service at a new location. Waited a half hour. There were 4 people at 4 different podiums at one point, but only 2 of them were actually helping customers! I was 9th in line when I arrived and still 8th in line when I gave up and left! I'll take care of it online or on the phone.

Absolutely horrific customer service. I only come to Rome to visit my elderly parents, and this year Spectrum Internet has just collapsed a half-dozen times. Their website, however, does not list any technical support number to call, and the only option is a chatbot. A chatbot that will only respond to Spectrum customers, so I cannot help my parents (they are quite old and do not understand modern technology, they wouldn't be able to work with a chatbot.) I find this quite troubling, because it means that if my parents have any issues they are receiving no customer support whatsoever. Super ironic too, considering their own advertisements about reliability and speed; maybe there's a cause for false advertising there?
